Late last Sunday, I acknowledged the *22* year anniversary of when this episode aired on TV. EDITS- 1:16 P.M.: *finishes video 46 minutes later* However, I was never able to find the time to watch it until today. 11:16 P.M.: This was the *fifth* retro episode of SportsCenter that I've seen. The first four were the March 18, 1995, April 16, 2003, May 27, 2000, and June 12, 1996 episodes.
This episode was actually on June 24th, 1997 because that's when that 19-K performance by Randy Johnson took place in Seattle against the A's.

These highlights support the argument that the 1997 yankees were overrated.
The 1997 Yankees was so awful.
That’s because they were World Series hangovers by that point.
