“Of all the worlds within worlds and beyond there is one that is a stepping stone to heaven. This is the land of the divine gates. You Leave your world behind. Become what you dream in the search for the divine.
I was dreaming of the sea and rain out of broken rock out of bone drop by drop. Transformed i was born. i saw the great green tree. felt it rise through my spine. The first breath; the tree of life.
The day the sea burned its ashes shut the sky. i swam through all my hate and fear to you great star . the burning world is one red eye. there i found the thousand million facets of my mind. Inside the mirror of myself i fell through glass. the break break of life. sharp voice that held my brittle skin . i cried to you my mirror twin and found in your embrace an open door that took me in. Mirror illuminate breathe in, breathe out; create. The greatest of all divine gates is the emerald gate. What you desire here is always given. There is just one condition take only what you need and give something good in return.
You have arrived before your time. Don’t be afraid. You are welcome here. What is desired here is always given. Take only what you need and give something good in return. You must leave this place. there is no coming back. you must go. Here take this it has everything you need and more. Remember take only what you must and give something good in return. This is your fate.” - Ishu Patel

"There is only one condition: Take only what you need and give something good in return."
    Um, isn't that two conditions?

      No.
      It's a single condition.
If you don't give something good in return, you are not permitted to take anything at all.

It would be only one because you give the things you don’t need back- which would be the good thing in return
