Need more cabinets in kitchen.
Finally a small home that has practical nice looking furniture. I would never put a TV in my bedroom. bedrooms are for sleeping.
Haven't had TV for several years. Don't miss it at all!
I'd eliminate the fireplace, which is primarily decorative, and place my TV there. I still watch TV and can stream movies on it.
Great layout. However, I'd take out the master bath and dividing wall and make that a reading or office nook, plus put in a door directly to the back porch. I would definitely consider this plan for a home.
There is a door directly to the back porch. Past the laundry room.

This may be my favorite.
Be fine after a screened in porch, and the LR arranged sensibly.

I like the floor plan. Living room take out the 2 windows that’s next to the fireplace. Replace the fireplace with a big tv screen. Washer and dryer side by side. Master bathroom replace tub with walk in shower.

Absolutely love this design layout for a small house. I would extend the wall a bit by front door just to give some division from the front door. If this could be a 2 story design I would be set!😊

Love this house, so cozy. Love the arched openings into the kitchen and hallway and all the countertop space in the kitchen. It is beautiful house and layout.
We've decided on 33 by 37 actually for bigger closets. And we don't need a huge island and an eating area. We also need a bigger master bath. The other suggestions are useful too. Maybe this is a second home?
Absolutely love the color scheme and decor inside and out. Of coarse we all would have modified changes, but beautiful home. Love the kitchen!
Bad juxtaposition fail in my feed. There are 3 spots. This channel video is in the left spot. On the right spot is small studio designs, another of these types of channels.
The center spot though is the thumbnail of flattened debris from Hurricane Helene wiping out houses in Cedar Key, Florida.
It is a small house, but it manages to contain the basics. The kitchen could use more counter space, and though there's a pantry closet the house in general hasn't a lot of storage. This would work fine for a couple, leaving the second bedroom as an office and storage place.
I like the cupboards and drawers in the bathrooms, so many of these house plans don't have that. It's nice to have places to put towels, extra toilet paper and other necessary items.
It would be perfect if the side with the fireplace had a porch with fireplace. I saw it done in other designs. That whole column of stone or brick stays warm from both fireplaces.
Totally Love this one, right down to the fun 'fish' bookshelf on the wall!!

Impractical. Nothing personal about it.
Nice guest house, if you being all your camping stuff. There isn't any room for that which people actually have. Or need to have to live. The space is about right perhaps but there are excessive amounts of windows which cause heating and cooling problems and excessively high ceilings are dumb, for obvious reason that heat rises and it would be a nightmare to keep liveable temperature. Anyone who is a cook needs much more space to keep cookware and service for the table. I have cupboards for everything yet you don't have barely any cupboards built in nor is there any room for the ones I have. The dining table is terribly inadequate. I would bet that people selling this think they will get a minor fortune for selling it. I wouldn't move there with that set up
