Another great video!! I think it's so cool that you have the machinery, the tools, and the skills to do what you do. Most of us can only dream of what you have!!
These video's gave me so many ideas about a bike I'm doing right now. It's a 95 softail bobber. Great idea for the battery cover. the next big investment needs to be a lathe. That's a game changer
Looking real good. The engine puked oil out because over time the check ball has got some dirt or the spring is weak. This allowed oil to build in the bottom of the engine from the oil tank. HD;s are a dry sump system. This will clear up if you run it daily or weekly. Originally the case was vented to the rear plate of the air cleaner. Most guys run a small breather filter under the frame. Each bike is different, to start, 4 or 5 flicks of the throttle, then pull out the enricher (not a chock). When it starts, gradually back off the enrichers as it warms up. Can not wait for the full build with all the parts you are going to make!
Thank you 😄👏🏻 yes i know had an evo for some years ago! When you know how it works they are realy easy to get started 😄 yea will look at the valve when i get the engine out of the bike and in peaces 😄👏🏻
In my opinion, the Fender Struts holders have become a bit too big unless you can somehow fit indicators in them. This shape on the fender is called Sicke The tank is a great piece of craftsmanship. The seat is a no-go, then an original Harley pan seat is better Best regards from Germany Ride Safe.
Morro å se deg i aksjon. Du er flink. Skrudd å bygget noen Harleyer selv. Forøvrig så har en kompis av meg hatt denne sykkelen før. Kjente den igjenn med en gang i episode 1. Denne blir skikkelig tøff. Stå på 😁
hi was it fXST? I’m thinking of buying an evolution FXST and putting 16-inch alloy wheels on the front and back like the fatboy, but I don’t think it will be very good.
I realy hope so 🙏🏻 Harleys are expensive to buy but realy easy to work on and parts are cheap 👏🏻 we hope you all are doing well! greetings from Norway 🇳🇴

I like the chicken in the background during assembly.

Great to hear! 🙌🏻 you wont regret getting a lathe it only the imagination that can stop you with a lathe 😎👏🏻
Looking and sounding great, can't wait for the next instalment.. 😉👍
Thank you 😄👏🏻 projects are fun whatever they are 🤠

I agree on the seat! Wanted a repro wl seat but used what i had laying around 😄
Peace of art! What welder do you use. I can use only 160-180A welder in my garage is it enough for the most of work you did on your bike?

Takk for det 😄 artig og høre! Verden er ikke stor! 🤠👏🏻
Hej. Nice looking bike you made. Did you use 6" or 7" wide rear fender?
