Open ear buds like that are typically considered bad for long term hearing health. Totally enclosed in ear monitors that make a seal with your ear are preferred. This is because users will typically turn the volume up to compensate for the increased noise floor thus damaging their hearing over time. Source: an audiophile podcast I listened to some time ago and have since forgotten the source 😅
That easily remedied by not turning the volume up. On the other hand, sticking something into your ear canal isn't great either, especially if you build up a lot of wax.

Did you do a review of the Divoom bag? I got both the sling and the messenger bag. My only gripe is the messenger bag lacks the detatchable key ring that the sling has
