Gotta love that the animators even added different scenes into the ending such as the Toga and Twice scene in the episode Twice dies and the Bakugo and Deku hand scene from when they were kids in the episode when Deku fought Shigaraki. Shows that deep down the animators care about what they’re doing and understand the impact of this season.

Love the visual symbolism of 0:48 - 1:11 . Shigaraki and Deku's poses are mirrored, but while Deku can see the light of the sun over a vibrant city, Shigaraki can only see it covered by clouds in a dull lifeless world. It's a really nice contrast to how the two view the world.
And the colors of the sky mirroring eachothers main color, chefs kiss
I think this is the best ending we had until now, it'is treated in detail and I love The end with The cape that float in the air, representing the new arc.
This is the story of how the world found its greatest hero and villain in the world.

@@Plusultra780 don't worry i also felt empty when FMAB ended , but I've found a lot of good anime in all genres from 2010 to 2022 that filled my emptiness, we will always enjoy new good anime but we will never forget the anime we watched in our best times

There are three different versions of this ending
0:48
Version 1: toga comforting twice but twice suddenly disappears and toga starts crying
Version 2(the version showed in the video): shigaraki standing on the remains of jaku hospital looking at the destruction he caused
Version 3: A flashback of young deku offering young bakugo a helping hand after he falls in the lake but then a more mature and reasonable bakugo accepts deku's hand.

For some reason,seeing that scene of Shigaraki,standing over a city all alone with his cape flowing in the wind over that place fills me with emotion. The fact that’s he’s not even able to view the city,just dark clouds that are covering it…unlike Deku,who can and is bathed in the sun’s light and then there’s the song itself that picks up as it shows Shigaraki,and the song itself sound woeful,yearning…it all makes me want to cry every time.
Beautiful ending- I like it when they change it a little when something impactful happens in the episode.
0:15 "I want to save that little boy". I love how the latest episode showed Shigaraki getting overtaken by AFO in a very similar position to how Bakugo was in when he was caught by the sludge villain. How both Bakugo and Shigaraki would've never accepted help in that moment. But Deku still reached a hand out to them anyway.
This is by far the best my hero academia ending as of yet. It makes me love the anime even more and that's exactly what an ending should do.

I like the feeling of this ED since it's pretty fitting for the war arc. It's a time where they need All Might the most, especially for some of the problematic villains. But his days are over, the Golden Age of peace has come and gone. Though at the same time there's still hope for peace since heroes are rising to the occasion.

This is the best ED we had for now, Uso Janai was alredy sad because the War was coming and the villain arc was ongoing. This ED represent all the change mha is taking, love The fact that gran Torino's cape is shown at the end and love the fact they did 3 Version of this, always in episodes that have big impact on the series. Congrats to Bones Studio.

While i do like the season 6 opening Hitamuki, the ending SKETCH is by far my favorite of the two♡ you just get that instant emotional feeling when you hear it. Paired with the animation, especially the special versions like Twice/Toga & Bakugo, this ending just perfectly encases the overall bittersweet heartbreak this season has offered so far😭

This have to be the most beautiful ED of the series, I don’t think any future MHA ED will be able to top it, but I’m would be happy to be wrong.
I was thinking the same, they reached perfection this time.
And the fact that they made multiple versions of this ED for certain episodes with huge character moments just makes it infinitely better.

I really want there to be a reveal that Deku is AFO’s son or something just to further the ties to shigiraki. It’d be cool that the hero’s descendant became the villain while the villain’s descendant became the hero. Plus we haven’t really heard anything about deku’s father yet

I like that the visuals of this song really show the duality between Deku and Shigaraki: Deku is the successor to the symbol of peace, while Shigaraki is the successor to the symbol of fear, and both of them have emerged from their respective predecessors' shadows and each become a fitting hero/villain in their own right.
At this point, the dumbest thing the story could possibly do would be to have some hijack Shigaraki's role as the main villain, especially if that someone is All for One: the predecessor...
I will say that I wish Shigaraki stayed in control instead of being taken over, but the main villain always has been All for One, Shigaraki is a means to an end, he’s a victim.
@@josenaula7316 I suppose that would've been fine if not for two things:
1. it undermines the duality between Deku and Shigaraki
2. All for One is boring! He's lame! He was fine during his fight with All Might as a plot device, but ever since then, he's just been one of the most boring villains ever written in a shonen story.
All for One created All for None,and he almost rarely succeeded..
But Overhaul is still number one villain and also Deku’s personal nemesis.

Well, when I saw that image 0:15, I interpreted it visually because we see how Deku and Shigaraki grew up in different and separate ways and that their destiny will be a modern and legendary battle between good and evil, the best thing is that yes, Tomura must being defeated and killed, I don't think there is salvation, they say that if Deku tries to save that villain by convincing her, he will have a beam up his sleeve to hit him directly and if that would be the end, I hope that never happens
