There is such wisdom here, Simon. ❤ And I agree with you that the greatest practice is working with an available heart. Your clarity (and heart) is so evident!
Hello! I’m glad to have found this man and you all. Adyashanti has recently helped me through his talks to begin grasping the power and unique contribution of liberating the heart in addition to the mind. Cheers to you all ❤
I'm sorry about your friend. I feel like we barely have vocabulary to talk about this in this culture (well at least in my family and schooling)?! It's apparently not good being soppy and emotional because life is tough and unfair. But how much easier even a hard life would be if we trusted in our hearts more. thank you
This video was so lovely. If you have time, I wanted to ask you a question about this practice: how do we keep an open heart in situations that aren't very conducive to it? I work in a busy pharmacy in the US. The phone rings all day, patients need help (and they are often angry or upset - I get yelled at a lot), there are a million things to do. It's hard for me to get my head around how I could get through my workday with an open heart.
Yes it certainly takes practice. Firstly learning g to recognise the feeling spectrum and how the heart clenches and pulls us away from connection is important. I'll try and make a video on this as it's quite a subtle thing, but if you look for my video on freedom from reactivity this kind of points in that direction. Wishing you lots of ease and wellness. ❤️
Great question. Someone once suggested wearing an elastic band on my wrist and when I drifted away I was recommended I twang it to bring myself back to awareness when I was not able to slow down at work. Might be worth a try ❤
So clear, so simple and so powerful and beautiful!! Thank you!
She was fortunate to have you by her side as she shed her body. Her energy remains of course! Hugs. 🌱

Thank you! ❤
Beautifully said! Probably one of our greatest lessons on this planet.
Thank you for another helpful video ❤❤❤
That's one plan. Go only where your heart takes you, or where you are allowed. Shine on.
A very beautiful message Simon 🙏
Love this message.
