A good Con man has to possess charisma. I had a 1st cousin that was born 6 days apart from me. I used to observe this as we were growing up in the same way that Ferris Bueller's sister would. My cousin died at the age of 57 from a drug overdose. All his victims still loved him. There were 2 different people that he scammed out of $8,000 each and neither were mad at him. In all his relationships,he took and everybody else gave. Every body loved him. He just had a natural charisma that allowed him to tell the most outrageous lies and take people's money and no matter what he did, everyone just loved him.

Reminds me of a guy on the run who like 15 years later had a Ferrari in a slightly upper middle class neighborhood where an off-duty police officer decided to look into the owner. Now...don't get me wrong it was dumb for these guys to put that kind of spotlight on themselves but seems like a violation of one's rights.

Little context I’m Native American from a reservation and border towns are known to be very racist especially in the 1990’s. Now my cousins were all dark skinned with black hair but they had a friend who was very light skinned with light brown (almost blonde) hair. Anyway we would go to a store in a border town just off the Rez and while my cousins and I walked around looking at all the toys (taking them off the shelves, putting our hands in our pockets and walking through every isle) the shop workers would always follow us, meanwhile the light skinned friend would load up sometimes making 2-3 trips. It worked everytime and is an example of stereotypes and racism working in our favor haha side note my main cousin who run this scam has since passed and the light skinned friend has been to prison for theft to support his drug addiction.
People serving your time is nothing new. They allowed it in Jamaica and Peter Tosh who was the original wailers with Bob Marley and Bunny Wailer didn’t compensate the guy that did his time and supposedly that’s how he was murdered.

In china you can pay someone else to go to jail for you. They actually have a word for it.
You can file an LLC and have the ein within 15 minutes online but it does cost about 50-120 dollars
