I would love one of these but can't afford it, so I am building one from ABS foam board, same 1/10 scale. Although mine is more detailed and correct. I've nearly completed it after 7months, it is on my channel if you are interested Oliver. Thanks for the vids, I just liked and subbed!
The real machine does not tilt the blade using the lift cylinders. It uses the blade angle cylinders on each side of the blade in unison to tilt the blade left and right. One cylinder goes in while the other goes out.
Exactly! I was about to comment on this, so now it's unnecessary. I will just add that both large lift cylinders are just connected in parallel on the same line. On the transmitter, the small tilt cylinders could be actuated by a pair of center-off switches placed side by side, actuating both switches together changes blade angle, and actuating them differentially tilts the blade. Very little differential cylinder movement is needed to tilt the blade left & right. During that time, the main lift cylinders just follow the movement because they're connected together and oil flows freely from one to the other. Blade height stays the same while the tilt is going on.
i have the smaller one but looking at this one it just blows you away
At 242 lbs, a buyer must have a real garage to store it.
Wow nice
Looks bigger than the JD Customs DX10
Cuanto cuesta
