Thanks so much for a very easy to understand tutorial. I'm just finishing up my first C2C blanket and will use this to begin my border. 😃

I like this technique very much, especially the corners. I am an experienced crocheter always looking for new ideas. This makes a lovely base row. Thank you for sharing this.

As a beginner crocheter i would have preferred you to use a contrasting colour so it would be easier for me to see where to place my hook.

I am watching this tutorial as I just finished a C2C baby blanket & it would have been clearer if you had used a contrasting yarn to do your border….thank you for the tutorial. 😁

    That's great!
What if I want to repeat the single crochet row, do I put a stitch in each one of the ones I made??

Great question! I would recommend working 1 sc in each st from the previous round + working a corner so it won't curl. A corner could be 3 sc stitches all worked in one stitch in the very corner or a (sc, ch 1, sc) all worked in the corner stitch. I hope that helps! ❤️

to much unnecessary talking, I don't really need to know about each square, just the border

If what she showed in the beginning is the end result I’m sorry but that looks kinda like a home ech project.

well, I watched this torturous video for nothing, didn't get the border, just explains how to single crochet around the project to make it look neater, that is not a border

I am so sorry the video didn't meet your expectations. This tutorial was intended to show people how to neatly add a border to a corner to corner project as sometimes getting that base to lie correctly. Once that initial good border is complete, any border you choose could be added to your project. I appreciate the feedback. 😊
