context: he accidentally lost Fujiko’s treasure while they were running, and another guy stole her big prize, so she’s ROYALLY pissed off and Goemon essentially went full submissive LMAO
In the 2000's Lupin films the animation was really awful and most of the main cast was so old for their roles.Especially for Fujiko and Zenigata. That is why I can't watch them
1:23 That was the happiest I think I've ever seen Goemon.
in the manga he's like- the happiness humanized
He just went :3

He even sounded cute 🥺🥺
The older voice sounded very Badass, like a WW2 veteran
Makio, like his fellow actor Kobayashi, was dedicated to the role of Goemon and played him right up to old age. RIP Makio Inoue
So its the same v.a. since them? Wow
Wait till you hear that Jigen’s had the same voice actor since the pilot film in 1969
He stepped down as Goemon in 2010 (except for the Family Lineup short featured in the video), and sadly passed away in 2019.
They call him "Goemon Ishikawa" because...
That's his name.
My Fav Character! ❤️ 🇯🇵
I respect the fact he did it for that long, but after 1999 the voice just sounded too old for Goemon
Still, he sound good in the later lupin animations

Yet Tony, Richard, Lex and Michelle still sound good in the recent Lupin animations
@@Thewolfguys.cartoons2000 I don't think they are 70 years old or older but correct me if I am wrong
@@astridhofferson7318They're close. Richard and Tony anyway
@@christianyoung1383 I meant the original japanese cast of course,I wanted to point it out with my previous comment too
@@astridhofferson7318 Still, Kurita and Otsuka are 65 and 64, respectively
