This is driving me insane, it's a calmness that grows mad, revolving in thought provoking percussions that swirl around our feet as we travel through the world. This is awesome!
I just saw them live for the first time and was completely blown away. The LSD definitely helped, but the musicianship was like nothing I have ever seen before. It really was like watching and opera and a play at the same time. One of the most if not the most fantastic entertainment experiences I have had. You really can not quite capture it all in a video recording.
I'm tripping on acid jamming to this beautiful music sun up, and this made me laugh a lot for some funny reason. It sounds so darn amazing and euphoric. Thank you for the joy and high vibes. Awesome band ❤
I saw your set at Shambahla, It was one of my favorite sets all weekend. I love your music, you use such unique sounds and I really loved your outfits and presentation, keep up the great work! Very fun, very refreshing and original,
I just saw you in Seattle - WOW what a show. I was tired and cranky to have to stay up so late on a workday (I get up at 4:30), but by your second song I was full of energy and had a huge smile on my face. We were so impressed with the quality and energy of your live playing, as I've seen plenty of bands live and immediately realized how part of their great sound is the person who mixed their album. But you guys were amazing, and on such an array of instruments! I've been telling everyone to check you out.
You guys played such an amazing show for us in Aspen! Was so glad to see you guys do your thing, had a blast. Hope to catch you this summer under some stars!
Wicked Woods 2022 was a great set, i was front row and saw how yallzz make a lot of these noises - so cool! i hope DirtWire and Moontricks play at Shambhala 2023 :)
Is any of that middle part in a video game? I feel like I've run in circles looking for some obscure doorway or treasure listening to it...spyro? Edit 15:28
They don't fit easily into a genre. That's my sort of band / music. But I'm High Functioning Autistic, played music (keys), & been a fan of "out" / esoteric / avant garde music since early high school (now 62 yo). For most "Ham N Egger" folks, they want music that sounds like what they already know. Even jazz fans are uncomfortable with anything that isn't jazz standards with each guy soloing then the audience clapping. Ensemble play irritates them. Not what they learned in the college jazz course they enrolled in. Then you get rock, bluegrass, blues, folk, country, jamband fans. If it doesn't sound like what they're used to, forget it. I know from experience trying to turn various people on to music like this. Their brains immediately shut down / black out. Sad. Look at the music that's popular. Every band sounds like something that came before within the same "genre" restriction.
