@@gw672 very good decision to LR your Diane, she is universal/highly flexible and doesn’t need UR Gowther to function properly. Gowther is only really there for cc and to support Milim, in his place you can use heroes who are already strong on their own and have high cc such as Indomitable Escanor if you have him, or another powerful Unknown DPS or support you might have such as Thor, Fitoria, maybe Demiurge, maybe Baldr, assuming you have Nanashi at the sub slot.
@@joyaljames3963 yes definitely, Sabunak will more than do the job as she’s the next best partner for Milim, in fact just before Diane’s LR was available Sabunak was the one who held that spot in the comp, having naturally high CC as a base UR unit, providing phenomenal utility such as control (disables and stuns) and protection (taunt), as well as fully benefitting from Nanashi’s Holy Relic. As long as you understand how she works, she’ll be amazing for you, you can at times even handily steer match outcomes in your favour. Another option would be Baldr, but you risk going second and leaving your Milim wide open - use him only if you have him at high investment. Other viable options would be Narberal, Thor, and Fitoria, if you have them, but they share the same issues as Baldr.
@@Inquisitorsinquiry thanks! Milim is the only one I had to spend extra for, the rest of the team I worked on for months using free resources given by the game. Make sure to also save for the Festival coming this December, and you can have something close to this 👍
@@gw672 No need to apologise, not everyone is able to invest unhealthy amounts of time into the game 😅 Yes, on higher level PVP going first puts you at an advantage, so ideally you want HP sets on everyone. Reason is that at some point when your box cc (account combat class) reaches a high enough value you unlock universal stat buffs from the Constellation system, some of which (Attack stats) help to make you deal enough damage even on an HP set (combined of course with cosmetics, i.e., weapons) and so you get the benefit of having higher team cc while giving your team more HP to take hits. Funnily, at even higher Constellation/box cc levels your overall team cc gets boosted from all the bonus stats you get, that you can afford to run Attack sets on your DPS at high level geared PVP - you can see the bigger Grand Cross content creators able to pull this off. At the moment I’m at 12M box cc which is actually on the low side for the level of competition I’m at, and so I have to run HP sets to put myself at the best possible position.
@@miguelray ooffff 12m that explains, funny how when you get even higher box cc the loop comes back round to running attack gear again😅 any tips for pushing box cc I only just hit 6m and it feels like I'm being inefficient
@ lol yeah actually, but except for special cases such as Demiurge, HP gear is generally preferred for high-tier PVP. For box cc push, just slap on as many spare HP-Def sets you have to the characters in your box - on certain events/celebrations the game gives out free equipment/gear selectors which have great and sometimes even perfect stats/substats, just equip the spare ones (HP-Def of course), prioritising characters who have higher rarity and ult levels. If you don’t have any gear selectors, just use the extra ones you get as stage clear drops. Also, slowly work on fully Awakening (6 yellow stars, not Super Awaken/purple stars) your entire box, again prioritizing by base rarity and ult level. I used to put gear on only the heroes I used often, but when I started equipping HP-Def sets on as many characters as I could, I gained a few million cc in such a short time. Best of luck with the push! Albeit slight, you may start to feel the difference at around 7-9M box CC 🍻

Sorry I'm not a high level player but it's meta at that level to run hp def even on milim to squeeze out extra cc?
