@@BOOSTEDLASER fenix are just about the best. Thrunite used to have turbo issues but seem ok now.
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV I REALLY DISLIKE ALL CURRENT (GOOD) LIGHTS WITH DUMB AND USELESS (USUALLY) "TURBO" THAT LASTS 30 SEC. I WISH FENIX HAD A TAC STYLE LIGHT THAT HIGH WAS (SAY) 800-1000 LUMENS..REGULATED FOR SAY 3-4 HOURS.I WISH ALL MODES ARE JUST FLAT CURVES. I GUESS FOR MARKET REASONS THEY DO THIS FOR (TRADEMARK BY ME) "LUMENBAIT" (U MAY USE MY TERM !!!). GREAT VIDS AND WORK BTW. THE US SPACEFORCE SHUTS DOWN WHEN YOUR NEW VIDS COME OUT :) I AM OLD ENOUGH ( BEFORE YOUR TIME) TO REMEMBER WHEN "GOOD" LIGHTS (MAG OR STREAM/SUREFIRE) HAD 1 MODE.

The TH20 is a favorite light for work. I've added a SST-20 emitter , sapphire lense, and a Skilhunt pocket clip. The pocket clip keeps it securely on my work shirt button placket or shirt pocket. Coworkers like it because it doesn't blind them when turning my head to speak to them. Quite a sturdy light in my experience, surviving a good number of drops to concrete and stone tile. Thanks for a great review.

Plz help: What is the best and most reliable lights (headlamp, flashlight, bike mounted light) that use 4 AA battery that money can buy as of the date of this comment? What about lights that use AA and AAAA battery in any product category? I use Ikea Japanese AA/AAA cells so I prefer them over rechargeable batteries
can u show the high mode runtime too? most of the time turbo last for seconds and unpractical

Good headlamp. Moderate output (wont heat up easily) practical form factor.

I add a diy difussor on my D10, good for close range.
and if i need more lumens to scan around , i have them hand carry.
I sometimes turn my headlamp to a necklamp, hung them in my neck; when i need to keep my upper field of vision to be dark adapted and to avoid particles backscatter.
O flash, in the field, did you return the lumens thrown at you by the cop? I know you cant carry much photon blaster..

It's ok, but I have the Thrunite TH10 V2 Headlamp and it slaps this little guy all over the place with it's CREE XHP35 HI LED,
2100 max lumens, and a 307 max throw distance, 18650 battery, yeah it is $30 more, but you sure get what you pay for.
But for $30 bucks it will do the job for most.
No Good ...
