500 g meat ( I'm using buffalo 🐃, you can use of your choice )
½ cup oil
1 cup onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp kashmiri mirch
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 kg turai ( ridge gourd )
1 tvsp Desi ghee
coriander leaves
green chilli
1 tsp lemon juice
sprinkle some black pepper while serving
