I’m thinking I should but it also sucks for me having a dead end job and I want a career 😢 there’s a few I want to achieve 🩵🩵
Can you make a video about Private vs Corporate Dental Offices from a patient's point of view? Which is better for patients generally speaking?
this is a great video idea! I will def think on this! until then, here's a video of mine that relates to that: th-cam.com/video/sDe50j0MFBU/w-d-xo.html hope this helps!
@@TeethTalk Thank you! I've always wondered whether it's better to stick with one dentist for most of your life who knows your mouth inside and out VS moving around from dentist to dentist every 3-4 years to get a different set of eyes and opinions on your mouth.
As a patient, I prefer small private practices. It's more personal and usually cheaper. Corporate places seem to charge higher rates to cover their bigger overhead costs. Just my 2cents from what i have noticed
Another great video! ❤❤❤
Great video Whitney!
thank you for watching!
Everyone does society a favor when they support local business over corporations, whether it’s going to them or working for them
Excellent video and scary about the corporate dentists, and, especially with the headphone thingy.
I was going to be a dentist I thought, back in 72, stuck with restoring antiques full time since then, so, glad I saw this, dad was right!😂
Happy weekend Whitney hope you have a lovely one hugs 💕🩵💕🦷✨🦷💕🩵🩵💕✨✨🪥🪥✨🦷💕🩵🩵🩵🦷🪥🪥🪥✨💕💕🦷🦷💕🩵🩵🩵🩵💕🦷✨🪥🪥🪥✨🦷💕💕🩵💕🦷
you too!!!! thank you!
Private is the way to go
Such a nice way to explain corporate offices.
😂
she’s being very polished and diplomatic with her answers.
I bet you she wouldn’t want her parents receiving treatment from a corporate owned office.
I personally prefer a dental office where you build a relationship with the dentist and the hygienist. I never really liked corporate offices because of the inconsistency. I do think that there needs to be a video explaining this from the point of view of a patient.
I chose a corporate orthodontist office. And boy do I regret it. Not only am I not guaranteed to see the same Orthodontist but they receive their work schedule for the following week, a week ahead. Like why?? I chose the closest one rather than the offices my dentsist recommended. Now I see why that orthodontist was not listed in their recommendations email. 💀
How do I know if the office I go to is private or corporate? I think it might be a corporate office, I always see someone new lol
Possible, if your doctor isn't the same it's very possible.
Good question. My question as well.
I really want to go into dental hygiene in college! The only problem is I also want to study abroad in college but I can't seem to find any study abroad programs for dental hygiene on lots of college websites. Is dental hygiene study abroad programs a thing?
generally not a study abroad program! however, you can take your prerequisites abroad! here's my RDH checklist that helps explain the RDH schooling process: bit.ly/rdh-video-checklist
I’m not sure if anyone’s asked you Whitney but can you do a video on different types of loupes
yesss!!! I'm working on an article on the pros and cons of all of them! stay tuned! it will be on teethtalkgirl.com :)
seen your video kamari Evans
My wife and I go to a private dental office because it’s the only one near us
PEACE LOVE TEETH ✨🪥🦷🩵💕✨💕🩵🦷🪥🪥🩵
plt :)
Is it okay to use an electric toothbrush at night and a manual toothbrush in the morning? Thanks!
Why would you do this? Curious.
yesss! I love when patients do this! you get the best of both worlds!
Peace love teeth❤
plt :)
Hi was at my dentist today and she was saying that my whitening toothpaste was scratching my teeth is this true?
it depends on the abrasively level! here's a video of mine that should help explain: th-cam.com/video/QSWUq9ztwbY/w-d-xo.html
🦷 taalk 🤠
HEALTH BENEFITS!!!
I prefer private as it's better care
I go to a corporate Dental office. It is still better than the state sponsored municipality run Dental Offices. Yes, we have that here in Sweden.
👍
Hi
hi!
I prefer corporate . privates are very unprofessional and mean !
Why are you so cute?
You are so cool
