It's all confusing, in the last video when u have solved a minimization problem u directly converted the equal to constraint into a greater than constraint and now in the maximisation problem u have converted the equal to constraint into 2 new equations with both the greater than and less than inequalities.. What is this I'm not getting u sir ??????

No, both are different.
If simplex is asked you can start directly.
But if dual is asked then you first convert it into dual then apply simplex.
