This is indeed a marvelous gem ... the location, the history, everything about it ... I can see myself living there, for sure now, with lesser tourists LOL .... Fun fact about the last videos, we get to see Danilo every time in 3 different outfits, winteroutfit with coat, without coat but with his vest, without coat and vest ... gives my a smile on my face every time I notice it. Makes the video more authentic and real. Great job you guys.

Loved the house tour. Been to Venice several times...and as others have stated, looks different w/o all the tourists. Though we find a way to hit the back streets when there...and just enjoy the SPLENDOR of this MAGNIFICENT city.

Venice has been totally ruined by mass tourism. The city is not large enough to cope with this invasion and is losing residents all the time. If this is allowed to continue `(the monster cruise ships are to blame for a lot of this) Venice will become a place just for the rich to have a house which they’ll use for just a few weeks of the year, everyone else will have left.

I love seeing Danilo's clothes as much as I love seeing these beautiful properties in Italy. I have been to Venice 2 times and have really fallen in love with it. I visited in May and September, before and after the crowds of tourists and stayed at the Excelsior Hotel on Lido island. I highly recommend the hotel. A Great video by the amazing Danilo!!! BRAVO!!

Hi! The asking price is 690k. Of course it can be used both for business and residential, and the procedure is very easy and straight forward, we’ve been guiding our clients through this process from over 20 years an they’re always surprised of how simple it is in the end

That is cheap, for that incredible apartment, you can get a very small apartment maybe 300 square feet and ugly one in New York for that price.
