Crystal has been my favorite female vocalist ever since I heard her 1st sing. She is the epitome of Beauty. Her voice in its prime would give you chills. I first saw her when I was 16 at my local theme park. She was just becoming famous and her music repertoire was limited. She sang a lot of classics that few people have herad her perform. After the show she met her fans and did a Q & A with us. She was just a natural beauty. For someone to say she was an average singer is just stupid. They obviously never saw her perform live and beautifully hold pitch perfect notes with breath control in her higher register. There is literally no one else at that time or since that I have ever seen deliver an honest true voice without production just pure talent. Her song interpretation is not like anyone else. I met her a few years ago and she was as gracious and warm as she was when I was 16. Crystal will slways be my Favorite Female artist. I've seen her live 6 times. She is one of the best!
This one song got me thru the worst divorce ever. Husband had so many girlfriends, I never did find out how many there were...and I still loved him. Go figure. I'd put this on "repeat" as loud as it would go and I'd just listen and sing along until finally it got drummed into my heart and mind and got out. I owe my sanity to Crystal and this song.

@1956hedgehog By the time not that long(compared to nowadays), would take a few hours air drying. According to past interviews, a whole day air drying for the floor length. And 20 minutes to wash. Dryers are supposed to be much faster but less good for hair heatth.
If you are ripped off by some crooks who do not sell but just take your money and run with it without sending you anything, then you'll get over it...just inform Crystal that some people are...just crooks and do not pay her copyright fees...they just steal ...¡!! CRYSTAL should know about those shady individuals.

Richard Leigh wrote it about himself being dumped, again, when he was young in Richmond, VA. Same for 'Brown Eyes Blue' ... he's quite a guy.
