- Welcome to a new series! I have set myself a difficult challenge where I try to complete the community centre but without fishing at all! Can we do it by the end of year 2?

Could keep refarming the dirt spots throughout the mine levels for artifacts with the pickaxe and hoe trick
I'm seriously watching this. I have hundreds of hours in Stardew and have always tried the fishing but I just can't seem to get it. I manage to get to level three but have never made it any higher. :( I switched all my characters over to the Joja route and bemoaned not being able to finish the Community Center. I really want to see how you do this challenge. If you're successful ( I know you can be but you may get frustrated because I know how much you love your fishing!!! :) I already have made a new character, she's just waiting to see how this challenge goes for you. :)
Currently doing this challenge myself. Starting year 3 and missing the Carp and all the night fishing bundle. Only missing 1 artifact as well.
So bummed I missed another stream. Hopefully I catch the next one
Linus also sends a Largemouth Bass in the mail so keep befriending him. The Sashimi recipe will be useful too.
It is possible to get all the artifacts for the museum without fishing I have because I struggle to fish with my laptop and wireless mouse so I don't even try but the CC is a struggle I usually have to go the JOJA route unfortunately or get help in a multiplayer game. I never had that cut scene with Willy! It must be 1.6 thing
The quarry mine is pretty good for artifacts once the boiler room is completed.
