Maaaaaaate - Dinkum took the best features of some of the most-beloved games (MySims, Dragon Quest Builders, Stardew Valley, Minecraft, and Animal Crossing), and combined it into this absolute banger. Onya, mate!
Just a tip, to help with getting dinks, cooking up your fish, and then sell the cooked fish, will get you lots more dinks then just selling them directly to John. :)
To get a fruit tree dig a hole and drop a piece of fruit in then cover over with dirt again. I don't recall if you need to water them. I seem to remember that I did until they were full grown. (dig hole with shovel, press "Q" to drop fruit in then use shovel again as it still has the dirt on it you dug up). Keys are for opening chest rooms in the mine so hang on to them. (when it comes time to use them, you may not find them as readily). You should save some shells back (use the suitcase in the old woman's tent), because you will get daily quests to collect sea shells and it takes a bit for them to spawn back to the beaches. Do all the daily quests as this improves your town rank and makes all the townspeople like you more. As well as all the decorating, they REALLY like that.
No need water, they will grow itself
I played dinkum with my boyfriend a while ago but seeing you playing it makes me want to go back to the game 😊
The fossils are not needed in the museum at this time. You can just sell them to John at this point. I’ve played Dinkum for a year now. I just love it. There’s a new update coming soon that changes the game a bit. Very exciting items added as well. Looking forward to your future streams.
I absolutely love this game but haven’t played for a while, if you stop using your tools just before they break and put them away for now, you’ll be able to do something with them later on or sell them back to John just before they break and you’ll get some money back to offset the cost of new ones. Lovely to see you playing it Sharky ☺️

This is making me want to play again. I've got 250 hours in this game, but it's been over a year since I've played, so I feel like I should start over, but I dont want to go back to a life without my helicopter and dirt printer! 😂😂

I loved dinkum but I stopped playing because I kept getting super lost 😅
I only do my landscaping project after unlocking irrigation system and miner, these take a lot of space
Thank you for a pleasant stream. Nice to have positivity. I don't mind some bad words here and there, but I've found some streamers that are so nasty....and negative about in game stuff. The crocks, etc., how the game works... it's frustrating. To them I say, if you don't like the game, find another! I love this game and now I'm one of your subscribers!

The game is currently in early access and the dev has said other platforms won't be considered until after the full release. There currently isn't a release date so it's going to be quite awhile.
