What a respectful, open-minded, educated, polite and nice family are you! Enjoy this wonderful country. Much love and respect.
thank you 🙏
when did you visit indonesia
Great choice for this video. The education you give your children cannot be replicated in any classroom. Malaysia is an excellent choice to learn about humanity and how we should live together. Happy further travels in Malaysia.
was a fantastic learning experience, thank you 🙏
I've watched literally tons of channels with Malaysia travel vlogs. Most of them are great, but your channel, by far, has the highest-quality production, and I can say this with the greatest confidence. I would, with no exaggeration, visit your channel everyday hoping for a new one to be uploaded. Thanks and welcome to Malaysia.
thank you, this means so much to us 🙏
What amazing experiences you are offering your children!
thank you 😀
Love that you guys are bringing your kids along to experience and learn about the different cultures Malaysia has to offer, priceless moments that'll last a lifetime. I appreciate that you guys are very respectful, open-minded and polite as well, which will inevitably rub off on your children. You are doing a wonderful job on raising your children right. Your kids also look super adorable wearing their hijabs, warms my heart. Loved this, and an amazing job on the edits Chris!
thank you, the girls looked so cute, Bella wasn't so sure about it to start off with, but soon grew to it 🤣
Kuala Lumpur means "muddy confluence" in Malay; Kuala is the point where two rivers join or an estuary, and lumpur means "mud".
wow! so interesting!
Welcome to KL! Nice video. There a few attractions right around Merdeka Square, including an old Anglican church, KL City Gallery, KL Library etc etc. In case you did not realise it.
thank you, oh no it sounds like we missed a little out must head back if we get the chance!
Thank you for promoting my beautiful country Malaysia. Love from KL
Ask for "Kurang Gula" (less sugar) as Malaysian drinks (even coffee) are very sweet (sugar and condensed milk).
thanks for the heads up!
I have been staying in KL for 15 years or so and I have never step foot on the grass in Merdeka Square!😅 Love your channel about Malaysia. One day I am going to tour all the places that you have been in Malaysia, so much to see that I have not seen before! Now I am back in my home state, Sarawak...maybe you will come here too!🥰💜
maybe!
Excellent editing and videography work and awesome camera lens with amazing bokeh . . . enjoy your stay in Malaysia
thank you so much for this it means a lot🙏
Great Editing 👍 And aerial drone shots ✅
You’ve visited the Malaysian historical & cultural spots …good lessons for the young ones …the National Museum is. It far away too. Also nearby is the Bird Park …worth a visit too , complete with a park and The National monument near the Parliament House and the Police Headquarters too ✅👍 good 1st time for visitors 👍 River Of Life was part of my project - so glad you enjoyed it ✅👍
thank you 😀 there was loads we wanted to fit in but time just seems to disappear in the city!! 😅
Another sides of KL that rarely covered on Utube are the art galleries, museums, memorials, national monument and palace
there was so much more we were wanting to see and fit in, but we find time in the city just disappears! hoping we can see some more before we move on!
As a M'sian Chinese I avoid ordering hot drinks in Indian & Malay restaurants as its extremely sweet even thought I told them to prepare less sweet
I only go to Chines kopitiam or cafe where they are normally less sweet & suit me.
With you pulled back your hair into a bun and wearing the elegant white dress, Mrs Hutchinson you look like a super model.
😀
The awesome quality time you guys get to spend together as a family never ceases to amaze!! It's really making me turn green with envy! 😂😂😂
I am so looking forward to your next vlog as I am pretty sure it's going to be another stunner! No pressure ya! 😂😂 As always, have loads of fun & adventure!
Take care and stay safe guys! Cheers!
thank you, we are being really spoilt with the amount of time we have together ❤
Ahhh 5:00 , sometimes i go here to get breakfast after 10km run at titiwangsa. u can always ask for less sweetener milk.
So happy when we see our kids happy
hey hutchinsons, thanks for visiting us. Your kids shows a great respect, modesty and very educated of other culture. You did great as parent, keep on traveling.

thank you, I hope we have time for it!
@@TheHutchinsons, you’re welcome.
Welcome to my country hope you enjoy your stay! It is truly wonderful here
Thank you for this wonderful video and for showing your explorations in KL. Lovely vlog. All of you guys are absolutely beautiful.
thank you 😀
@@TheHutchinsons 😀
When you next have a teh tarek, you can have it less sweet. Just say "kurang manis". Kurang means less and manis means sweet. If you like it iced, just say "teh ice kurang manis." Same goes with coffee. If you like your beverage black, just add the "kosong". e.g. Kopi kosong ice or "panas" if you like it hot. Kosong means zero or nothing. Unfortunately Malaysian beverages are always served very sweet as condensed milk or sweetened creamer is used. Enjoy your next cuppa!
High percentage of Malaysians who are suffering from diabetes. Now you know why. Drinks and kuih are all very sweet.
thank you!
Thanks for doing a comparison video of day and night of the same location. I personally think that the night views and weather are more attractive and conducive!😂👍
thank you , this was maybe why it was so much busier with the locals at night time!
Your children have learnt more about Malaysia than some of the Malaysian youths! Congratulations for giving them such a wide exposure of the world.
Since you are in Kuala Lumpur, Ill suggest you guys to go to Kampung Baru at night, which is food heaven, you also can see the contrast between the high buildings and the village in the middle of the city. Besides that u can visit Saloma Bridge. 😁
thank you for the suggestion we must give it ago 🙂
I love following your family! Thank you...this is our family dream it's amazing to see how you make it work with your girls (same age as ours!)
I love your videos! Always looking ffwd to your videos! Maybe bcoz of your kids...😅

Sabah East Malaysia a must visit ♥️ ❤️ 😍 waiting right here.
😉
nice video kudos stay safe guys n stay healthy ! havs fun
I really enjoyed watching ur video. Great Vibes especially when the whole family get togather and made this memorable video.
Other things that you may want to try during your stay here: Try an Indian vegetarian fare. I'd recommend Ganga restaurant in Jalan Kurau, Bangsar. It is slightly outside of the city center. Try other types of 'crepes' like Chapathi or tosai. These are being served with dhal and vegetarian curry. For chinese food, don't just go to Jalan Alor. There is a good food court along Jalan Tun HS Lee, right next to a temple. Try Wonton noodles, beef noodles or their kaya toast with half boiled egg.
thank you for the suggestions!
Woww..that's a cute kids..have nice day
You can always order different rotis for the kids. Such as roti bom (sweet roti canai with butter and some sugar inside), roti pisang (banana), roti kaya (with kaya jem spread inside). You should try carrot milk at mamak shops, and iced Milo kaw (chocolate malt drink), kedondong (ambra) juice with lime, coconut shake and air jagung(iced corn drinks).
Don't forget to visit 2 indoor themed parks (Genting Highlands (cold, please wear jackets to keep you warm) and Berjaya Times Square at Bukit Bintang). Also, Kidzania next to IKEA Damansara.
thank you for all your suggestions!! we will try and squeeze them in! so much to see!
Really great shots. You've got an awesome family.
You're really good and systematic in teaching your children in public speaking. Good move, it'll be remarkable advantage when they grow up. They'll thanks you one day as they grow older ❤
Thanks for this. Humbles me; there are some facts about Malaysia that I am learning from this video. May you and the family have continued blessings throughout.
Nice vlog, superduper..hi girls, behind the Nasional Mosque, there are Butterfly garden, Bird Park, Lake & Garden. There is a Nasi lemak Tangling shop, which is famous in KL. Nasi Lemak Wanjo in Kampong Baru also best..👍🤗
Great experience in Kuala Lumpur, big like.
it is hot season outhere now.. u should go for outdoor and see n explore everything by late evening. thats the best n ideal time.
thank you
Cracking video guys, cant wait to see what you've been up to next 😀👍xx
👀
your kids are adorable.
welcome to Malaysia
would love to learn more about world schooling. Our lil family is getting really excited with setting off east, been great seeing you all doing just that! how do you go about choosing and planning content, i really like how youàre adapting to each location and including so much history and culture. was curious to know if you have subjects you do or if you have a different system, and is there any recognizable certification in case they would be going to a local school somewhere later on
Also, check out a new activity in Taman Tasik Titiwangsa (Titiwangsa Lake Garden). There are some pedals boat over there.
You guys are great

Malaysia definitely is a city built for family to enjoy. Not much of a party but very classy, modern family-friendly city.
Cricket used to be played at that field/merdeka square.
Your explanation regarding all those places and food make your video kinda have your “own identity”. Really like that
Tq for coming to my country Malaysia. Hope u enjoy the whole trip here. Pls come again ya.
Luv u guys from Malaysia 🇲🇾🥰🇲🇾🥰
Respectful and open minded family..thank you for visiting Malaysia..
I'm Malaysian from KL, and one think I remember what our Founding Prime Minister said.
"With our unity and co-operation, faith and tolerance for one another, with hard work and glad hearts, we can make our young nation one of the happiest in the world. This is my belief, this is what I live for to ensure peace, happiness and prosperity for our Malaya which we all love so well."
🤩

Hi. 'The Hutchinsons' family. My name is Vikas. I am a citizen of the South Asian country India currently based in that country. I must admit to you that I am very much 'privileged' to see all of your vlogs (i.e the videos uploaded on the TH-cam channel 'The Hutchinsons') of yours.
I am going to some very difficult situations back here in India now.
My younger sister (who is a employee of some non profit organization in the country United States of America) has come to India for vacation and they are exploring different places in this country. She came to India on July 18th 2023 and is expected to return to United States of America (USA) in around the second week of August. She has two daughters who were born in United States of America and they are US citizens by 'birth'.
I don't know exactly whether you (The Hutchinsons) migrated to the UK from some other country or you are UK citizens by descent, but, your vlogs give so much of general knowledge and tips about leading life to me which I may not be able to find anywhere else that I wish to keep watching the videos uploaded on your TH-cam channel 'The Hutchinsons' always and learnt a lot from them about leading my life without much fuss.
If by any chance I happen to come to the UK for any reason, I would certainly like to meet your family and get introduced to all of your family members.
I will constantly be on the lookout for the videos uploaded on your TH-cam channel 'The Hutchinsons'.
This is just to let you know abt it.
Sincere regards,
Vikas, a citizen of South Asian country India and a big fan and true follower of 'The Hutchinsons' family and it's TH-cam channel 'The Hutchinsons'.
Hello, how are you? That is very nice video, and I like Malaysia too, that is clean and nice road 👍 say hi to you and all people around the world, from Cambodia 🙏
Its great street to visit from national mosque, near of it Islamic museum, police museum, birds park until Perdana lake and botanical garden. Cross the street was national monument. May also visit Bukit Aman Mosque, near HQ of Royal Malaysia Police. Later may continue to Merdeka square and rest at KL Library. If not mistaken during year of 2003/04 we still use Sultan Abdul Samad building as Federal Court.
wow! so much to see 🤩
WONDERFUL FAMILY 🥰
Should also visit Baru Caves and Chinese Temples around KL.
thank you! we will have to look if we can get there!
Have a good night and have a good sleep..

Merdeka Day is celebrated on August 31. On that day, a parade will be staged in Merdeka Square, and residents from all across the state will assemble there.
