    Yep, Marty taught us this some time ago 👍
    But this was a good reminder to me to put the slime I purchased some time ago.
    I also carry a CO2 air inflator.
    Cheers

      Thanks. Marty knows his stuff. The co2 inflator is a great compact carry that could save the day. I've ran over a pile of 50+ thorns once on a mountain bike with slime in the tubes and never got a flat. Stuff works great! Cheers!

    I would recommend Flatout Sportsman formula. It has been tested to last longer (not dry up) and fix bigger punctures than slime. I use it on all my wheels. (ebike, escooter, euc)

      That's what i use on my Sherman - good stuff!

      @@fxzeromasta Nice! It's good to have added piece of mind on the road. Going to put Flatout in my Sherman S tommorow actually.

      I had a slime plug blow out on my bicycle at 30 mph going down a hill. Never going to put slime in my tires again. I use Flatout also good stuff. I find that under inflated ties can make the tube slide back ripping the valve stem. I run 40 psi I'm about 230 with gear on. If you are lighter maybe less like 30 psi.

    Thanks for letting us know. Yes I'll slime the tires from now on. I might also swap with knobby tires to be safe. :)

      No problem. Street tires are best for street riding imo. Less tracking and better cornering. Cheers!

    i was running on a flat before. my tire is so rigid that it still allowed me to roll awkwardly without crash

    A flat on an EUC will ruin your day. My worst or most significant wreck was due to a flat.
    I use the BT connected pressure sensors now.
    Glad you are safe.

    If i get any kind of a flat im fixing it, the slime stuff is just snake oil. There's no substitute for fixing it right.

    Noice pad setup. I wanna try the power knobs but I don’t see how you can effectively accelerate with just a that ball in the front

    • @TaiLegend
      @TaiLegend 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I heard it’s not beginner friendly and it takes practice to not rely on the top portion of the pad as you are used to but great for seated riding and being locked in for street riding and jumps/bunny hops

      @vince7245 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I just don't find the Powerknobz website very user friendly. There are pictures with names of different setups, which is great, but which ones do I need for my particular wheel? I can't afford to shell out that kind of money when I'm not really sure if what I'm choosing is actually correct for the wheel I ride. 🤷🏼‍♂️

      @@vince7245 so true. This has been my experience as well. I wanna try the knobz, but I'd be guessing, based on their trendy names. The GT pro is already a beast to mount, and my Clark biopads don't help the situation, being so "locked-in."

    Thank you for the video!
    Thinking this constantly when ever I'm riding around pedestrians (or in trafic), have slime but it won't help with ripped of valve or ripped tire. Sudden flat tire might cause terrible damage, wheel will just turn the rider into random direction. Nothing to be done.

      Thank you! Slime will help prevent most common reasons a flat occurs. Freak accidents can happen, such is life. Ride safe & gear up. Cheers!

    Hey brother, I myself am very tempted to go with a 90/90/14 on my GT pro.. Jason from Ewheels says he's had success with that size on the blue rim. Just throwing that out there ;) Glad you/your wheel are ok

    @EUCme 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Thank you for the video. Echoing a comment above, Marty has shared about preloading Slime, but Duff shared that Slime is a mess if it cakes onto the rim. SO I LOVE YOUR THOUGHT OF USING A TUBE AS A SEPERATION.
    May I ask: It looks like you may have a PowerKnobz. They sell many versions and I find it difficult to understand the differences. What is yours specifically called on their website, why did you choose it, do you love it? I'd like to buy one this weekend and I'm having trouble deciding.

      Thank you! @EUCme I've got a couple videos on the Powerknobz going over those things. I have the one piece set-up. It's called the "Voidcore Prime V2". I chose them after seeing a couple reviews. They looked like something that would work well for my riding style. You can always include your own shin pad if you so desire. I do love them. They have changed the way I ride, for the better. Cheers!

    Я в v14 вставил ниппель для бескамерной покрышки. Накачал 2.75 бар. Базовая покрышка. Залил антипрокол. Уже проехал больше 1500 км.
