Obviously Phil get's quoted as a racist quite often and i don't really agree with a lot of the shit he say's but from interviews like this you kinda get the idea that his heart is in the right place and he claims to be against racism and discrimination. I think a lot of the controversial side to him stems from confusion and difficulty to covey what he feels. You have to remember the guy was seriously addicted to heroin as well as being the frontman of the biggest metal band on earth.
I ll make three points for all ya. 1. It was the media (fucking MTV, VH1, magazines) just for selling news that said Phil is racist.
