Reasons to go shimless:
Weight: The shimless buckets weigh 1oz each, compared to the shim buckets that weigh 1.6oz each. 24 of these weight 24oz vs 38oz, that's almost 1LB!!
Safety: The shims sit inside of the bucket, and can slip out under high RPM if the cams and valve springs have been upgraded.
Performance: In addition to the weight savings of the shimless setup, Kelfordcams.com has a nice article on the longer duration that you get by upgrading from the 28mm shim buckets to the 31mm shimless buckets.

Thank you for your comment, if you're having trouble with the link then either go to this site directly www.hournineracecraft.com/2JZ_reshim or try opening it in edge. Chrome and Firefox both try to block the spreadsheet from downloading

Buying my cams and cam gears and finally ready to finish this motor up and hopefully get it done as quick as possible since car will be down whole i measure for ahimless buckets i will need to order , great video btw i saved it 2 years ago in preparation for when i was ready to do the cams
