I'd love to watch the entire session and not just the snippets; i would enjoy it even if its an hour or two. Ma Long, FZD, ZQH, LJK (most of them train hard and its an eye candy)
Edward Ly (CAN). There simply isn't any stopping possible until full body collapse. Little know fact, he is very often asked by other pro players to train with them as he is able to practice for 10h straight. He's also an amazing blocker.
What I find so mesmerizing every time is the perfect contact of the ball. He always put so much forward momentum and the contact is so clear, it is so satisfying.
Jesus Christ loves you and died for your sins, everyone sins and deserves hell but Jesus (God) died for our sins paying the price of them, Believe that and you will be Saved
My first comment on a TTD video and it has to be on a Ma Long video right! 😁 Ah it's just so crazy how good Ma Long is! It's quite hard to even explain what he's doing differently to other players that makes him so good. He's flawless! It's like trying to explain what makes Messi or Ronaldo so good at football. Simply the 🐐 Being in the training hall when he is practising like this is such a surreal experience, so glad we could record and share this with you guys 💪🔥

As an amateur who has been working constantly on my forehand loop, watching a million tutorials and filming myself to analyze my technique, this is so phenomenal to watch. To see every aspect of the technique executed so perfectly, repeatedly, no matter where the ball is and what he has to do to get there, is so inspiring.
1. Watch his leg muscles contract for every shot. That's where the power is coming from. Upper body fully relaxed to allow the energy to flow freely 2. He leans forward for the backhand stroke yet remains more upright for the forehand to allow for the waist/upper body rotation/weight transfer. 3 Half a step backwards after looping underspin to maintain pressure/tempo.
What I don't understand is how the power from the legs is being transferred for his back hand. I have always tried to 'push up' from my knees when hitting the backhand, but even though you can see the muscles contract, it doesn't seem like he is bending his knees much to push upwards, rather that the power is coming from his arm?
@@chriscotton3719 It is a burst of energy that comes from the feet/legs and is transferred through the upper body to the hand/wrist. Bending knees interferes with smooth energy transfer.
We have our first match against the top team in our division on Monday (we are second) so putting in the hours , normally play for 10 hours a week and only 2 of those are actual training, was so tired at the end I could barely get the ball over the net 😂
oh lord he never misses, never makes a mistake, and you can hear the contact of the ball is maximum power and spin, it's just flawless technic. When I train, I miss like 1 of each 3 balls, 1 of 5 if I'm on fire that day lmao
I long advocated consistency in training warmup in the 70's, but nobody took it seriously. In the 90's (here in Vancouver) a coach from China, a former mixed doubles champion John Wu, made the provincial team hit 100 fh drives and 100 bh drives for warmup. You miss, you start again. Nobody wanted to start again, so they did not miss. Now, after that warmup, 10/10 near max power starts to become the norm.
Ma Long is creaaaazy this time of the year!! 💪 Though i just have to say... major Respect for the guy that is training with him... to be able to keep up with this Legend with such speed and precision... 👏👏👏 Keep it up!
Great video, i prefer watching pros warming up/training like this than watching matches So thank you so much for this video and WCQ video :) i hope you'll make more video like this
Not that it was ever "bad", but it looks like his BH is getting stronger! Not quite as powerful as FZD, Calderano, and a few others, but nevertheless that BH is looking up there with the very best of them at the moment.
Wow. I know people say he has a weak backhand as compared to his forehand, and as compared to other players' backhand, but damn he's got a killer backhand!
i mean, there's ppl with faster bh like zjk, but no one has as balanced spin, speed, power, and the smoothest transitions as ma long. even fzd who can often beat ma long, sort of muscles his way through to win.
Who's your favourite player to watch in the training hall? 🔥🏓

Perfect balance, control, placement and speed on both wings! That's Ma Long for you. An all-round complete player!

Ma Long is probably the smoothest player ever. No wasted movements.
Malongs just amazing
Happy birthday Ma Long 🐲
Thank you Dan ! Ma Long is the best !
Ma's backhand has improved so much
So amazing to watch and learn. Great great content. Thanks Lads. Keep it up ❤
Ma Long is just so good, unbelievable
Ma Long's like a mountain. He has insane stability of his body and shots. He's an immovable boulder.
He looks so chilled playing every single shot, even mixing in some slower, more controlled chops etc! Just magnificent 👌
Why MaLong can hit the ball seemingly in a relaxed way but the ball travel sooo fast.
Ma long is simply the best of all time
Astonishing! Genuinely jaw-dropping. Great viewing angles from which to appreciate the brilliance of Ma Long. Filmed by T.T. Daily?

I did a 4 hour training session today and I feel like I’ve been run over, just amazing watching Ma Long
4 hours is quite decent.

Need, at least, a 12 hours video of this at multiple angles (ajajaja), seriusly. Thanks for the great job!
So happy MaLong still playing

Given that one of them is world #4 Liang Jinkun and another is #2 Lin Shidong (with Ma Long being #5), I think they can handle Ma Long's shots haha.
It is so satisfying seeing them play
Happy birthday Ma Long!

So smooth 😍
I just love the sound and feel of that Topspin Topspin Attack Rally.
This is the content that I wished we got at the Olympics, the training hall, behind the scenes content.
Only in Dan's channel you could find these behind-the-scenes...in such high quality😊

As he gets older he will need to rely on that bh more and more. It may be that he is preparing to deploy it more and more.
He is the GOAT of tabletennis😍🐐
W, vidio Ma long well be rembered

Why is this video 8 hours long? 😂
I bet to be able to train with ML you need to be really really good
You have to pay a lot to hire wtt champion level player as co-trainer rather than nobody-player.
I am just not playing the same game
