Saz, just want to say that I was an actress for over a decade and when the pandemic hit I had to shift and something on my heart told me to go back to school and become a nurse. I’m still taking some prerequisites, but it’s an accelerated program. If you decide to do it, you can!
Yeah, girl! It’s the accelerate program through University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. I have been able to do all my prerequisites online or test out of them.
I’m in nursing school right now and my jaw DROPPED when you said you would go to nursing school! It’s so hard but so amazing! I had no idea you would want to go to nursing school if you weren’t an influencer!
Thank you for clarifying your stance on Muslims and your family. As a Muslim myself, I was quite confused when you initially spoke about your journey on here. Born in Afghanistan, watching from London
I’m 5’3 and I love being short too... I sometimes wish I was shorter 😂 “short people: we maintain a great perspective on life bc were always looking up” 😉
Refreshing to hear your view on spanking. I feel like most influencers always advocate the “gentle parenting” view and spanking is the opposite spectrum of being angry and taking it out on your kids and abusive, etc. Like there’s no in between. Like you said, there’s a system and you’re intentional about the way you go about it. Thanks for sharing!
I ask everyone to PLEASE consider not spanking your children. There is so much scientific research now that shows even if it's on a spectrum and is done "systematically" with "intention" it can still be very damaging to your child and to your relationship in the long run. Children are very sensitive and intelligent beings who are trying to learn how to be in the world. I don't question the love parents have for their kids even if they spank. For many of us, it is just how we grew up culturally and we may have turned out "fine". But many of us also lost tremendous amounts of respect and trust in our parents and have carried that into adulthood because of how our parents treated us as children. If we know better now than our parents knew when they were raising us, then we can strive to do better by our children today. Your love for your child is not the message they receives through being spanked- no matter how it is being done, because the emotional impact of spanking can have a much longer detrimental effect on a child than the physical effect. Spanking stops behavioral problems (sometimes) in the short term because the child is afraid of being in pain, humiliated, and or loss of connection. Positive discipline on the other-hand, does not threaten children with this type of "conditional" love. It instead sets a foundation for mutual respect and trust, while also supporting the normal development of children in a loving and compassionate way that motivates behavioral changes out of secure, loving, attachment. Discipline after all comes from the same word as disciple. If we want our children to be like disciples we must teach them through our loving actions. No parent is perfect and every day is an opportunity to nurture the next generation in a more loving and compassionate way. Again, please, reconsider your approach to discipline if it includes spanking.
@@carolyndorwin640 this was perfectly written out. I spanked my now 26 year old one time and he remembers it. He was 4, he remembers not feeling loved and very alone. I can’t tell you how horrrible I felt when he told me this when he was about 8/9. I have 3 boys and he is my oldest and the only one I spanked one time. No judgement to any mothers who choose to do it but read above it is so true and so perfectly written..
i'm a teen zaza kurd living in germany! I've been watching your channel for a few years now and i must say i'm really happy i found it. your content is never boring and i always get excited whenever you post! :) please keep up the great work 💗
Thank you for your transparency. I enjoy your content it’s light yet gently informative and fun. You have a beautiful spirit and a lovely family. May God continue to richly bless your family! 🙏🏽
You didn’t really give a clear answer to the religion question. Like your family are Muslim but you weren’t raised in the Muslim faith? Also did you find Christianity before or after meeting your husband? Reason I ask is I think conversion for another person is a fascinating topic in it self!!
Watching from Gothenburg, Sweden 💕 Thank you for benig a light and inspiration; so raw, honest, godly, wise but also hysterically funny 😀 We need people like you on TH-cam!!
Hi Saz! I'm from Romania and i wanted to tell you that i ❤ being sincere and communicative! I taught a lot from you and besides other things u are a truly inspiration to me! Good luck with everything!
Maybe you could do online nursing school and you could start Saz safety Sundays or something with fun facts you learned? Honestly I went to PA school and the medical field is tough especially with the pandemic however being a mom... the medical knowledge is invaluable. Like even if you never became a nurse you could spread knowledge and always give the “medical disclaimer” for legal reasons. Just a thought 🤷🏻♀️
Hello Sazan! I am from Greece but the last 5.5 years I live in Germany. I have a 3.5 years old daughter that looks like Teeny and every time she sees her in your videos she thinks that is herself and tells me look mommy that's me! 😂😂 Love you ❤️❤️
I'm a nurse in Raleigh NC- You would be an amazing nurse! As far as schooling...can get your associates in nursing (2 years) and any hospital would pay for you to finish up your bachelors! Very doable.
Hiiii❤️ watching from Seoul, South Korea but originally from the States!! Have been a long time subscriber and have loved watching your family grow!! You’re amazing 💞✨
Nancy Ajram... yessss! I love her! I have no idea what she’s saying but I love her music and especially her voice! I think it was your converting to Christianity video that got me subscribed to you! Your story was so beautiful! I’m so happy you found GOD!! We are Christians of Middle East and I pray more people find him like you did. God Bless!

Congrats! May I ask what accelerated program that is? I’m interested.
Yeah, girl! It’s the accelerate program through University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. I have been able to do all my prerequisites online or test out of them.
Yes Saz would've made for a compassionate nurse. And a very efficient one too
I’m in nursing school right now and my jaw DROPPED when you said you would go to nursing school! It’s so hard but so amazing! I had no idea you would want to go to nursing school if you weren’t an influencer!
I’m in nursing school too and I was so surprised she said that because I’m struggling lol
I’m gonna apply to nursing school next year. Everyone is telling me it’s so hard and I’m nervous 😭 any advice/tips?
Take a shot everytime Saz says “season of life” hahah ❤️😂
Thank you for clarifying your stance on Muslims and your family. As a Muslim myself, I was quite confused when you initially spoke about your journey on here. Born in Afghanistan, watching from London
The whole aesthetic of this video... the colours... simply beautiful 😍
How did your family react to turning towards Christ? Did you lose any family or friends? How have other Muslims reacted to you?
I’m 5’3 and I love being short too... I sometimes wish I was shorter 😂 “short people: we maintain a great perspective on life bc were always looking up” 😉
I almost choked on 🍜 when u said “spank kidSSSS” Hold up Amari is 4 months old” 💀
Your videos always sound like we're talking over coffee!
I love how you share your faith. I hope someday you will teach devotions💜
I asked God for the truth and He lead me supernaturally to Jesus as well. Praise God you accepted Him. Best decision of my life
Really love when you share your experience with Jesus! One of the reasons I've been watching your vids.

Literally every study published shows how harmful spanking is. It is never appropriate.
