This rug had been used by animals. It stank to high heaven and was severely matted and dirty.
It took some cleaning and brushing but i think its good enough to be used again.

I do! I'll lay it on front of me in bed with the sound off and I think the repetitive motions make me pass out. I love it for nights when my brain's just not shutting down.

It cleans very well with water pressure. I also like to have water pressure. I will definitely buy a water pressure machine 😊
When the soapy water is poured on the rug, I always find the circle in the middle at the end oddly satisfying.
I love these time lapse videos. I use the playlist all the time as ASMR when doing documentation at work.

Magnificent job cleaning as usual, but I have to wonder where you find all these exquisitely filthy rugs that never seem to exhibit any signs of wear and tear from usage?
It was so interesting watching your camera setup change every few seconds. I'm curious, was it a last minute decision to do this one as a wide-angle time-lapse, or will there be a full-length multi-angle version coming later?
I don't know why, but I just loved that it was such a little rug this time.

I notice the squeegee is not used on the back of the rugs. Is there a reason for that?
I suspect paying someone to clean such a rug would far exceed the value of the rug itself. Of course, I don't really know how much it would cost to have a rug like this cleaned, or what this rug would actually cost... but I know I saw rugs at the dollar store today for $4.

I don't understand that question. In several of his videos, he explains exactly what he's doing and why.
When he gets a rug from the dump, he cleans and sterilizes it then donates it to charity.

Sometimes a house floods and the rug gets covered in mud. Sometimes it's in a house where the person smokes or they use it outside on a porch or in a garden. If someone throws it in the dump, it will get very dirty there.
You shouldn’t finish by pushing the dirt from underneath the rug out through the top of it. If you do that, at least clean the bottom more thoroughly.
