Really need to re-do this view. Listen to the confection oven part; Timer, set time, remember to set timer, blah blah blah. Repeats himself over and over. No mention of how long to set the timer for though. One of the more important details, which I listened to too many times to see if I was just missing it.
+Christine Lumbroso Thank you for your question. The amount of time varies depending on the convection oven and size of the insert. With that said, in general it is about 30 seconds at 300 degrees.
Wellness Life has sold these shoes for years and they send you these pads claiming they are custom molded inserts. They are not, they are heat molded inserts you can buy on the net for about $25.00 for three pair and they charge Medicare for the Custom Molded, three pair $252.00. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!!!!
I am diabetic with high arch problems and left foot bunion as well .i got my first diabetic shoes with custom made orthotics but its not really giving me relief and 3 pairs of this same insoles came together with no instructions. It does says it moldable.. but how? I feel they rob me and over charged.ugh.
Not really a good explanation .How long we supposed to put timer on oven? You didn't say that. Why do we need extra pad under the orthotics? I thought heat is going to make orthotic to touch to arch in natural way. Didn't get it.
9 minutes? really? this is a 3 minute video MAXIMUM
Can I use my stove oven? I don’t have a heat gun or convention oven.

for the convection oven method... HOW LONG? what is "an appropriate amount of time?"

My thoughts exactly!! I paid more for these cheap inserts than I did for the shoes!!
