- I am leaving Iran and cross the land border to Pakistan! The King of Taftan helped me sign out and sent me on my way…Little did I know it would be the end of free traveling for a long time now. 24/7 police escort with big Ak 47 machine guns, sleeping on the floor in prisons, 10h riding days through the desert and vast mountain areas of Balochistan. This adventure has now begun and I still have no idea what struggles await me during my time in Pakistan…Let’s do this!

Marcus, it is true that you left my country, Iran, but we are still with you and we love you. Have a safe trip ❤
Awesome, that’s great to hear 🤗
Man you should have stayed longer in Iran. How can you not go to Isfahan, but then go to Pakistan instead?
Strange decision! Be well and be safe sir!@@MarcTravels

Iran and Iranian people are beautiful just your government is bad lots of love from India
You are a brave man and it is very enjoyable to see your travel adventures. As an Iranian, I congratulate you👏👏
Thanks man🤙🏼
Wonderful Marc!
Thanks Marc, you’ve shown us a side of Iran that most never realise: the ordinary, friendly people and how they live day to day. What a success! Congratulations mate.
Geoff in Australia
Iran was awesome🙌🏼
It's good that you've found traveling companions, they seem sound and experienced.
Stay safe on your travels.
They are awesome! We go the same direction! 🇳🇿
I’m glad you’re showing all of this. Makes me realise how lucky I am living in a part of the world where you can travel freely.
Yeah we are so privileged in Europe and most people have no idea
What if every 11 year old would travel like that instead of public school system. can you imagine what a great world it would be. Thank his dad!!!!
He‘s the smartest kid I know 🙌🏼 he‘ll kick ass in the future, that’s for sure 🤙🏼
100% agree. There would be so much less hate in the world.
I'm so happy to have found your Channel.
You're truly amazing, and your incredible personality has helped you overcome all the challenges in Iran, crossing deserts and exploring less developed areas. I sincerely hope that if you encountered any hardships during your time there, they didn't dampen your enthusiasm. May you carry only beautiful memories with you.
Take good care of yourself, I hope that the conditions improve along your journey, and you create wonderful memories.
Thanks mate 🤗🤙🏼
I hope you will have beautiful days ahead and see you soon in Iran again☺
Take care man👊
Thanks will do🤗🤙🏼
I am your new subscriber, I subscribed yesterday. Loving your videos.Almost watched 30 videos in one go. Keep it up bro.
You never disappoint Mar. Interesting how this border crossing took place. And how cool you can hook up with other travelers. That’s what it’s all about. ❤
Yes I love that the most 😊🙌🏼
A meal on me from Australia! Wishing you a very safe trip. It is so stressful even for me watching you on TH-cam. Good luck mate! Hope you have a chance again for visiting Iran’s major cities and beautiful nature and its amazing historical places. You almost managed perfectly skipping them.
Thank you so much mate! Yeah I’ll be back in Iran 🇮🇷
No worries! Take care.
as an iranian i approve, he managed to completely skip the major cities and historic sites in Iran. hope he have a good journey at least in Pakistan.

Yeah it really is a great adventure 🇵🇰
What an adventure! Wow! The anxiety you must have felt when running low on power! And the whole process of traveling by escort… I know I’d find it stressful. I think you handled it wonderfully.
And as always, you’re meeting such great people along the way.
Thankfully you weren’t actually incarcerated!
Keep doing it!
Ride safe.
Ride smart.
Have fun!
Yeah it’s only gonna get more crazy from here on…stay tuned 🤙🏼
Hey Marcus wish you best on pakistan journey❤, stay safe
Hopefully you visit iran again since you saw desert terrain, next time you should visit jungles with high mountain like Switzerland terrain in iran !
Alright 🤙🏼
I am looking forward to doing a similar trip next year. Marcus has shown us a very positive view of Iran. Which route would you recommend to cross the country, travelling from Turkey to Pakistan.
@@Tim_TGN i donot know about pakistan or turkey, but in Iran u have to visit isfahan and tehran, other cities like yazd and kashan and tabriz I also recommend them. if u want to see jungles and green scenery u have to go through mazandaran and rasht or golestan cities which are close to the sea.
visit these cities: Esfahan Tehran Yazd Shiraz@@Tim_TGN
Yeah you should definitely have gone to Northern Iran.
It really does look like Europe up there. Forests, beautiful roads etc.
Places like Talesh, Tabriz, Rasht, Ardabil, Mazandaran. Check them out. Cheers.@@MarcTravels
I enjoy it everytime when you connect with other travellers and their experiences and stories... have fun in PK!

Good to hear man🤗🤙🏼
It is a bit scary to go to these places. I am glad you made it.
It is scary indeed
I hope you had a good experience in Iran and have a good trip for next countries.
It would be so nice to show your journey on map and include your location on a map gives the oudience a good view of your trips.
Yeah I had a great time in Iran 🤙🏼
Another country done. As always I can’t wait for the next instalment. Keep on travelling and producing great content.
It’s gonna get so exciting. Can’t wait to share with you 🙌🏼
Man, it's gotta be nerve racking! Awesome episode as always Marc. Stay safe.
It is mate and I’ll get worse 🫣
I’m really glad that you had this experience in Iran. And that’s really an authentic experience you had in some of the most raw places in Iran. There’s always a portrayal of some countries which might not be true always. I’ve seen in many tourist videos who had visited Iran that they said the people are very friendly and warm and welcoming. We can’t always trust the media. I’ve been in Germany for 2 years and for the third time my bike got stolen but that doesn’t mean germany is unsafe. Keep us informed about your adventures
Will do 🤙🏼
If your bike been stolen 3 times anywhere in the world, that place should be avoided, period.
@@fz1205 stealing bikes is very common in Germany. Should someone refrain from being in Germany for that case? In our lives we never do not have a simple solution, but we always trade off. Iran has lots of potential and beauties at the same time there are so many difficulties which I’m not going to mention. As a tourist one is just going to take advantage of those beauties. In my case I also found the person who stole my bike and informed the police but because of the complexity and bureaucracy the person is still walking around freely and didn’t pay anything yet. That annoyed me but there are many other things that I like to stick to them.
Most people in the world are decent and friendly. Iran as a country, its government, has a bad reputation, not the individuals living there.
@@CheetahNL totally true. And because of this people try to be more friendly with foreigners to remove that reputation
A massive contrast and shock here now. Keep your spirits up Marc.
Thanks, will do!
That old British MERCEDES-BENZ was first registered in December 1979 according to the number plate. Because it's over 40 years old it doesn't need an MOT ( Tüv ) and you don't have to pay road tax either. Only insurance is needed. How cool is that 👌🏼
Yeah it’s a fantastic truck…you‘ll see more of it in the next episodes 🤙🏼
It needs to be taxed, but it's free. It definitely needs not to be on SORN (as it currently is) but I suppose he'll only get the fine when he re-enters the UK. If it makes it back...
@@MarcTravels Marc you're one of a very few TH-camrs that take the time to reply to comments, I don't know how you do it but 👍🏼 well done.

So Marc you are in Pakistan now, how amazing is that, the life moves slow out there but what you archive already is Huge, maybe you learn two or three words like Electricity or Restaurant in Pakistan language, that for sure make your way thru the Land easy. Thanks mate 🤙🏼
Very tense and exciting episode thus far Marc, proper adventue style eh. I hope your 'reveille' won't be so explosive in the morning. What a blast that kid is having, he is going to be so self confident and independent in his future life, looks like he has a great dad.

Travelling with an electric bike from Germany to the other side of the world is a bold brave action to be honest as an Iranian I myself dont dare to travel to Pakistan many great people but poor security indeed good luck with the rest of your journey Marcus
Thanks 🤙🏼
Tough day but great content Marc. Stay alert buddy.

Thank you for coming to Iran. I hope we can host you again. I suggest you visit western Iran, southern Iran and Persian Gulf islands next time
Alright 🤙🏼
Maan, What is it about Pakistan and the imprisonment and escorts?! WTF ....It's suppose to be a pro west government!!??@AFlaneursQuest had the same issue with their trip. Thank God For IRAN!..And everyone thought IRAN was going to be bad, LOL. ...It shows how awful is western propaganda. Thank you and other travelers for broadcasting the truth and the reality.
Yeah it’s all about security apparently…it‘ll get worse 🤪 stay tuned 🤙🏼
Pro west... You mean the same country that gave safe haven and protected Bin Laden for years near their secure military base/town? 😅
The same pro West country that despite receiving Billions of $ in aid from US, couldn't be trusted with the operation that took out Bin Laden? Where it had to be conducted without them knowing?
Same country that effectively has no border in the north letting Al Qaeda terrorists travel freely between there and Afghanistan?
That pro west country? 😄😄
Either the education system sucks where you are, or its been deliberately hidden from you.
Don't assume your thoughts is for every body....becuse you so brainwashed by your government and media you think ĺran is a bad country there is an easy solution just come out of your small box dont be narrow minded and look at the world independently. We already suffered in so many ways from western countries policy...not every thing is perfect in lran but good and bad is every where the problem is a media in west onley focuses on the bad thing when it comes yo lran.
Pakistan its a musllim country... not a prowest country. 😅
@@malusadv thank God it's not a FKn Zionist country lol... 😆

hey great content, as an iranian I ,myself, do not dare to visit the cities which u visited in Iran. although Iran is generally safe for tourists but some cities people do not go to a lot, pretty like south of London! but to inform u, you skipped almost all the major cities and historic sites in Iran. hope u have safe trip to Pakistan and reach India without a difficulty.

I'm sure you have done your research but that region of Pakistan is very dangerous due separatist Balouchi fighters. They often time try to carry attacks in Iran as well, that's why you went thru so many security checkpoints just before the Pakistani border.

The West fears Islamic teaching, values, and morals because the West is corrupt, and it stands for nothing. Most people won't get this until later in their lives.
Most of you don't even know the difference between the military culture and civilian culture. If the civilian culture was good or worth anything, then the military culture would be similar, but is it? It's the complete opposite.
