your shows are good, but you need to learn to speak properly. Just count the number of the "ahh" "annhh" you do/say in just one sentence. Ruins the entire conversation, and the audience experience. Sorry to say this.
Doesn't matter really. I have seen many many influential speakers add a lot of ahh annhh as they think well before speaking. Couple of examples are S. Jaishankar external affairs minister India, Elon Musk. It is a lot lot lot better to speak intelligently rather than talking rubbish fluently.
