I've been struggling with burnout (academic stress and expectations), and I relate to the feeling of just ''waiting for something to take a turn for the worse'', but therapy really helped me realize, the key is to have self-confidence that you''ll pull through, regardless of what happens, and it'll be fine in the end. This mindset shift makes things a little bit easier for me now:)
