I mean, for example, Liverpool signed Andy Robertson from Hull, who had been relegated twice and he's one of their best players. If a player is good enough, the team(s) they've played for shouldn't matter and at the end of the day, football is a TEAM sport, not an individual sport. Not every player has to be a big named star
