    I love the detail about turning him before flattening him, so that the knee is already so close to being passed

      It is what really makes it work so that you can avoid stiff arms and stay past the legs!

      @@shawnwilliamsbjj The "pivot, post, turn" instruction is so key. My students were struggling to clear the knee line so I went back and picked up that cue. Thanks Shawn!
