Irony Incarnate you say the premise is washed up, but the show kinda knows that and plays on it (hence the ridiculous amount of misunderstandings). Its a play on anime of its genre and it does a pretty damn good job at it too. The characters themselves are all lovable and its just a fun watch in general. But those are just my opinions on it
