So I went to Royal Restaurant in Connaught Place Delhi. This place has so many memories with me and a lot of people. When you travel from the outer circle of Connaught Place this board will always flash in your eyes. They serve lip smacking dhaba style food. I met the owner who was very welcoming and cordial. I ordered for their curries like Dal Makhani, Dal Tadka, Shahi Paneer, Khoya Paneer and Masala Chaap. I remember the times when their use to be waiting. Pricing is a bit on higher side however the quality makes it for it. Parking is not a problem in Cp as their are dedication paid parking areas all over. The place is still the same it was through out. They have a seating area for around 20 People max. They are open 6 days a week (Sunday Off). Check out my reaction to this lovely place.

Bhai no offense but dilli me restaurant band ho jaate hain if they dont offer value for money unless it is a restaurant inside a 5 star hotel…so rates are according to the cost of running a business in CP…

In jammu you can also visit parasram dhaba for non veg dishes.

Khoya Paneer is a very common subzi in Rajasthan. Quite delicious too. Usually seen in wedding buffets.
Shoaib , there is a restaurant in Malviya Nagar by the name of Rimpy's . Amazing food especially Rara Mutton and Chicken Boneless Rimpy Special ,have been visiting the place ,since 1996.Deserves a visit , as you are a passionate foodie.

If i am not wrong your Originally was opposite Rivoli Cinema Irwin Road now Baba Khadak Singh Marg, where there are many States Emporium. Your Original name was Galory Restaurant. One of your Family member used to study with me who died in Young Age. When this place was allotted to you, Electric Sub Station of CP raised objections and didn't allowed you to operate Tandoor as it may cause Fire to there Sub Station.
All shops were shifted from Irwin Road to Yusaf Zai Market, who was once a President of NDMC. If you are the same, please confirm. God bless you all.

I tried food at this restaurant and just loved it. Khoya wala sabji was great. Dal, Paneer and Soya Chap were absolutely amazing. A worthy price and taste is yum.
