- In absence of a fixture, last weekend AFC Bournemouth Ladies Development Squad took part in a specialist training session hosted by Head of Community Steve Cuss, at the Vitality Stadium. The Ladies took part in a quick boxercise session, before heading out on the Club's 3G facility to take part in some small sided matches. To finish off the session, Steve Cuss led a foam rolling and stretching session with the players.
