I love this guy because I'm a consumer needing unbiased facts before a purchase. This guy, his scope, his tenacity to find the info, run tests, set it up on TH-cam---sketchy CEO's worst nightmare. This dude rocks!

Out of all the video's about heaters and testing, this one was far out the most informative. Thank you.

So amazingly thorough. Really appreciate your attention to detail and how thoughtfully you explained your process.

He uses an endoscope to investigate the interior of the EdenPure...love it.

I have the Amazon Basics ceramic heater and it's absolutely amazing for the cost. The tip over switch is horrible and many times broken while still in the box, but nothing can beat it for the price.

Could you do a test on how much energy these types of heaters use.

They all tested around 1430-1470 watts and are about the same when it comes to the amount of energy with the exception of the 2 smaller heaters

aside from the 2 smaller heaters I used in the test all heaters use the same amount of electricity. That should be enough to let you know which one would be most efficient.

@@Paul-ol8cb Yup. Went with a portable heat pump instead.

Bulbs were terrible. If they match or exceed Gen 3 PTC heat efficiency, effectiveness, and it doesn't suck all moisture outta the air ( the Eden Pure I knew and loved !!!) I'll buy 2 immediately.
When we had to return 3 of 3 bulb models 2 & 3 times each and it took the entire winter to have them returned we didn't get more than n 30 days a season ot of any of them. So when splitting wood, I was so ticked the mawl sent them to their graves.
Give me back the Gen3 quality and I'll never but a different heater- instead, I'll happily take one to the grave with me with love and appreciation.
Problem is they haven't yet manufactured and stocked the product - no one searching and waiting is finding this family favorite.
Oh, and I too questioned the source of the glow so have not switched back ... waiting for review .
