*I stopped using paper clips and jamming wires in the female connectors many years ago.*
*I make my own limit, etc. test jumpers by using wire connecters of male x male...female x female... male x female... small alligator clips both ends...ect. and 18 gauge soft flexible wire from used cords.*
*The great thing is, you can make them whatever length and as many as you need.*

Call me crazy but I prefer a tight crawl space to a tight attic. Although, I wish all homes were designed with an equipment room with plenty of lighting and space.

Install crew “Let’s get this done as fast as possible so we can get home today!” Service technician “FML, I do not like the install crew, I do not like green eggs and ham, I do like it Sam I am” 😂 Post Script I do not like rheem/ruud either. Never fails when I don’t have it with me and I drop a screw I feel around for it and usually cut my hand or finger……..the magnet saves all that!

In an attic or a crawlspace I just do not believe condensating furnace belongs. If I was working for myself out in the field I would never put a condensating furnace in somebody’s crawlspace. All furnaces are multiposition if it was easier to access it for service having it flipped the other way it could’ve happened. I had a call aunt my work where the inducer was working just not pulling enough. It sounded different than the under furnaces. It was at a school

If you had to leave the job site for parts, perhaps a couple of plumbing pipe connectors could be purchased to be used to connect the white pipe. Cut the pipe, do the repair, reconnect the pipe with no-hub connectors. Just an idea for the next time. A couple of by-pass wires with male/male, female/female and male/female would be a great addition to the tools taken to the unit.
