Hodge, i know you take accountability for what you control, but I will say it here, like i said it with 2 1/2 minutes left in the K State game - do NOT call man coverage. K State HAS TO take a deep shot to win so you can not give up the long ball. Yes, you did get beat. HOWEVER, the DC should have been in a zone to give you help over the top. If nothing else to have a second man in the area to tackle if the wideout got free. Joel Klatt echoed these same sentiments on the Colin Cowherd show. You should not have been put in that situation at "that" point in the game. We would be at 7-1 if not for that call. Shedeur gave us the lead. But I do love your work ethic and accoutability. Keep grinding.
They were in the same coverage in a crucial point against Cincinnati and Hodge made the play. You don't know football better than these coaches. If you do, let's see the footage of your squad. I'll follow. I like good ball. Otherwise, obscurity and inevitability....

Also with Coach Prime’s ability to now use the excuse of a player GETTING & DESERVING the #1 Jersey, CONVEINIENTLY leaving that #10 jersey open that JUST SO HAPPENS to be JuJu’s jersey number for him to have if comes to the Buffs next year. All that to say this, if Shurmur is gone/leaves with Shadeur & JuJu becomes the NEXT CU coach, LOOK for the Buffs to get a NEW OC to be tag along with JuJu’s career at Colorado.
