🌻🌻 Ingredient Steamed Banana cake 🌻🌻
500g (7 pcs) Peeled Banana
50g (3 tbsp) Sugar
5g (1/2tsp) Salt
150g (1 cup) Rice flour
350ml Coconut milk
3-4 Pandan Leaves
2 tbsp roasted Sesame seeds + a pinch of salt
👉 Make Coconut Cream Sauce
250ml Coconut cream
a Pinch of salt
5g (1/2 tbsp) Rice flour
3 Pandan Leaves
🌻🌻 គ្រឿងផ្សំ​​​​​ ចេកចំហុយស្រូបខ្ទិះ​ 🌻🌻
ចេកណាំវ៉ាទុំបកស្អាត 500g (7ផ្លែ)
ស្ករស 50g (3 ស្លាបព្រាបាយ)
អំបិល 5g (1/2 ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ)
ម្សៅអង្ករ​ 150g (1 ចានចង្កឹះ)
ខ្ទិះដូងចុង 350ml
ស្លឹកតើយ​ 3-4 សន្លឹក
ល្ងរលីង 2 ស្លាបព្រាបាយ + អំបិលបន្តិច
👉 ខ្ទុិះសំរាប់ស្រូបពីលើ
ខ្ទិះដើម 250ml (1 ចានចង្កឹះ)
អំបិលបន្តិច
ម្សៅអង្ករ 5g (1/2 ស្លាបព្រាបាយ)
ស្លឹកតើយ 3 សន្លឹក
