There is a lot to said about this Stag and all the comments has said it for me. At 14 K and it was made in the good old USA. I love the white and it would not take to much to bring her back up snuff. For she is still a Gem after all these years.
Nick, I have to tell you, this is a $ 17,500 all day long. The most durable motor = 289
$200 for a hood and $100 for some rattle cans. Maybe $200 for seat covers and another $150 for a dash pad and you got a really cool "goin' to town rig". Under carriage looks good. Great car to drive and repair as time and skill permits. Can't go wrong with an early Mustang.

Nice Little Light project car. Drive it as you fix it. Nice looking 20 footer. Sounds good, But those mufflers have to go!! Like you, I like a white car too! Looks like someone bent the hood trying to close it with a stiff hinge!! You always warn about that!! Thanks Nick!!

A true American classic!!!! Don’t need much resto! I’d grab this one pony quick! A good chassis cleaning , minor interior issues, and you have an Amazing American pony car that started the pony car craze! This is definitely a keeper! Great price!! Remember, first come first served!!! Get it before it disappears!!!!!

14 000 grand is still isnt cheap. For the repairs in needs. Its about 8000 tops motor needs rebuilt amokes pretty good. But white interior is cool im sure some one will grab it. Nice haircut

Dang Nick! When you’re 58 you’re probably gonna have some wrinkles too.😂 this one has me thinking seriously about it. Parking is an issue for me as well.
Not the HiPo 289, but sill makes 200-225 HP which is fine for this little car. My 64 1/2 coupe had the 260, manufactured in October 1964. The drum brakes were awful though. Any vintage Mustang should receive a brake upgrade if you plan on driving it. I think the styled steel wheels on this 65 are wrong. They should have silver spoke wells, not black. Black came in 66. Please correct me if I'm wrong. This car is looking at $12,000 worth of body work alone, notwithstanding the brakes and any engine work needed.

The dust cover bandit strikes just about every old car with an automatic sooner or later. LOL. $20 part.
Definitely not a $13.9k car. Needs a full restoration. Put it up on a lift and you'll see the torque boxes are basically eaten away with rust. With those gone, guaranteed the cowl and firewall is too. The smoke from the engine is just the carburetor not tuned properly.
You need to put a sign. Parking here .where the parking space is.
