I was trying to explain my colleague about we cannot expect other teachers to use the same vocabulary while teaching kids. Everyone is different and they will always use the vocabulary they are comfortable with. She couldn’t take it and left the meeting. I felt so bad. After listening to this video I uplifted myself.
