@@RanlamSeddit Most of those bands you listed are still closely linked to each other by virtue of meaningful songwriting...well maybe not ND, not before Harmony Corruption anyway. The concept of songwriting is almost completely alien to deathcore so nobody should feel obliged to like deathcore because "it's all just heavy music, man". If you still think so you might want to reevaluate why you liked the bands you mentioned in the first place.
