Yap: First Impressions

Yap is one of four island states that make up the Federated States of Micronesia. The other four are Chuuk, Pohnpei, and Kosrae. On August 2, 2023 I landed in Yap to start a new life here for the next two years. This is a video showing my first impressions of this beautiful island.

Never heard of Yap nor the other three islands. It does look an interesting place but that wonderful green vegetation comes at the price of really torrential rain. Have a great day.
