    Preparation and ingredients:
    Salmon fillet.
    Salt, black pepper.
    Fry in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes on each side.
    Half an onion.
    3 cloves of garlic.
    1 lemon.
    30 g parmesan cheese.
    Spinach 70-100 grams.
    Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons, butter 25 g.
    100 ml dry white wine.
    200 ml of 15-20% cream.
    Parmesan.
    1/2 teaspoon salt, a pinch of black pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 7-15 minutes, the number of minutes depends on the thickness of your fillet.
    1 carrot.
    Half an onion.
    Vegetable oil.
    1 cup of rice.
    1/2 teaspoon salt, a pinch of turmeric.
    2 glasses of water.
    Cook until the water has evaporated.

    Great idea except, I don’t know if you noticed that the cream separated or (split), which is not tasty, if you cooked the wine a little longer till the alcohol evaporated and put the cream after, you would’ve had better results.

      It's the cheese actually, from the fat and protiens of the parm. It should be added at the end when the fire is off.

    А можно приготовить так:Рыбку посолить ,приправу добавить, немного обжарить, влить сливки, добавить киви, апельсин, когда выпарятся сливки получается бомба,как вкусно, и чеснок с луком не отбивают вкус рыбы, но это совсем другой рецепт, можно добавить сыр, спасибо за музыкальное оформление

    Where do I start? Is it with the creepy Fish Massaging? The appalling knife work and technique? The sauce that split almost immediately, but was still murdered for another fifteen minutes? Or the fact that the Salmon was so destructively overcooked that it must have been inedible.....?
    Please, to anyone watching this....... this isn't skilful cooking. This is taking good ingredients and rendering them useless by the inability to actually cook.
    I'm sure that done in the correct sequence with the proper timing, this could be a nice recipe (really not sure about creamy, cheesy sauce with an oily fish though).
    If you want to learn to cook properly, please do not follow any of the recipe or techniques on this video. Thankyou.

      Thank you, I was just about to say that they broke the fish open many times during seasoning and simmering it in sauce probably made the salmon way past well done. Terrible execution.

      the sauce has started to curdle that's not supposed to 🤣, you can't put a lemon with cream when it boils, then the sauce will curdle. first let the wine and lemon boil in, then very slowly add the cream little by little, then it becomes a nice homogeneous sauce.

      Простите,но на мой вкус это. уже не рыба,т.к.вкуса рыбы, из-за этих приправ лишних,уже не будет.А вот к мясу,кроме лимона,эти приправы подойдут лучше.И слишком длительная термическая обработка рыбы не на пользу здоровья.
      Но выглядит красиво.

    This is the sort of appalling recipe you’d find in a 19th century cookbook. Here’s a little tip that I thought everyone had learnt in the last 20 years: Fish is best when cooked quickly and simply. If you are going to cook it twice and smother it in cream, parmesan, 5 different spices, garlic, etc,etc, you either have the worst quality of fish I can imagine, or you simply don’t like fish.
    Fry it, grill it, poach it even … then a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of lemon prior to serving.

      Àlso the salmon in this video is farmed. You can instantly tell by the grain and the color. That being said, good luck trying to find real wild caught salmon.

      @@rosssmith8481 Yep, I don’t expect to ever see wild salmon again, unless I go stay at a retreat in Canada or Scotland. It was startling to watch the “democratisation” of salmon over the last few decades years. It’s often the cheapest option, but I don’t touch it any more.

    I like to pull the skin off after it is cooked and give it another couple of minutes on this side...makes it nice and crispy while sealing in the juices! Hard to go wrong with wild Salmon, cracked black, extra Virgin and garlic...

      Надо же так испортить рыбу. И процесс приготовления, ваша рыба давно остыла, гарнир надо готовить до рыбы. Ваша рыба давно остыла и стала сухой бесвкусной. Лажа но камера внутри тёрки самая лучшая сёмка. Это нельзя кушать. Вы посмотрите по весу сколько соли на бухали, да с пивом, может, пойдёт.

      Except that is a farmed Atlantic salmon---and overcooked. I say this as an Alaskan salmon fisherman of over 50 years and a pretty handy boat cook as well. I' would have only seared the fish initially for no more than 1 or 2 minutes at the most. The recipe looks wonderful though.

      It would be a bad idea to cook it more on one side with this recipe because you would have to place back into the pan to stew it down again with the white sauce, that's why she seared the salmon for only 2 minutes. It would only end up being overcooked.

    Try adding the cream off the heat to avoid the sauce splitting

      I think the splitting is due to the acidity of the white wine. It should work better with sour cream or creme fraiche instead of regular cream.

      @@llutac cream will split if you cook it and reduce it too long regardless of acidity. The cream and Parmesan should be added later in cooking 1- to avoid cream splitting and 2- to avoid the parmesan becoming grainy. Cheese doesn't always work out so well when hot liquids and heat are involved.

      So... If a person chooses to follow the instructions of this Ayurveda practice... They would want to omit the milk from this recipe.
      But for those of us who don't follow the practice, we can continue to have cream sauces with our fish and meat sometimes.
      We don't need a whole warning of how it'll hurt us. If we want to follow that practice we now have it's name and a bit of info so we can make the choice for ourselves. Thanks for that!

    Next time you make salmon. Rub seasonings all over then smear lemon flavored yogurt all over the top a little olive oil. Bake 350f for 20-25 mins. Great flavor great meal.

      Yes, please do throw out your plastic cutting boards. They are very unhealthy, full of hormones and other harmful chemicals and color, all of which leaches into your food and body. Wood is natural which is good for your body and your environment and whatever it leaches is natural and harmonious to your body........
      Additionally, milk or milk products should never be eaten with fish, it is toxic to your body. The other ingredients are fine to combine.

      I agree. I tried but almost chock myself myself to death. Couldn't get the salmon out of my mouth to clear my airway. Had to throw an expensive piece of fish in trash.

    Looks like a delicious recipe. I'd make 2 adjustments though. Salmon was way over cooked, and don't use vegetable/seed oils. Omega 6's in them are killing us.

    I love salmon I have it 2 or 3 times a week. I've never cooked it like this though. This looks absolutely mouthwatering and quite easy as well, will definitely give this a go. Thanks for the recipe.

      Hi there,
      I would recommend to adopt an organic vegan diet (preferably raw so as not to denature or destroy life-forms and enzymes beneficial to the system) that can nourish you with nutrients and minerals; as well as due to radiation and mercury in the seas thus one should avoid fish oils and fish including wild salmon (radiation) and tuna (mercury);as well as fish farmed as they may be fed GMO feed and even lack nutrients e.g farmed salmon may lack Omega 3 Fatty Acids obtained from algae by wild salmon in the seas, i believe. Opt for organic walnuts and pecans that look like the brain and target the brain (contains nutrients e.g Omega 3 Fatty Acids that are needful for brain health).
      Moreover, due to disease on the rise in animals (e.g mad cow disease and tuberculosis), one should also avoid flesh foods and dairy products.
