Blizzard is probably too lazy to program 2 effects when they can just use the code from reno. So they probably just had 2 different interns type the shit up and used the same code.
There are many inconsistencies in the text of cards that have the same effect throughout Hearthstone (seriously, keep an eye out for them next time you play and you'll be surprised) so I'm pretty sure they'll work fine in the same deck.

Inkmaster to pyroblast face turn 1 (innervate, innvervate, innervate Solia), Backstreet Leper TOP TIER. Raza to hero power face for free.
It's not even great versus shamen though because all shaman's cards are at 3+ health so this only helps with clearing off hero power totems this is a big reason paladins struggle against shaman because consecration by itself is often pretty weak against them. As stated above it doesn't really work with spell damage either since it hits your own stuff too. Not to say it's bad just bad against shaman while it shines versus tempo mage(who often have two 3/2s on turn 3 and turn 2 ping lets you hit mana wyrm), hunters, and zoolocks. Not a card for tempo mage at all due to killing all your own stuff(it all has 2 health then turn goes over to your opponent who only needs one damage to kill off whatever you have left - only Flamewaker survives with 2 health) works better in grinder/control and freeze mage. +Ryan Flock Then how exactly would you "fix" this then, staple on some shitty random minion and up the mana cost? Cuz thats sooooooooo much fun dunno about you but I absolutely looooooooove losing to the random 1/100 chance my opponent lucks out after outplaying them the entire game - that's exactly what this game needs, why can't we have that? Oh wait, Piloted Shredder. Adding random shitty effects to cards as seen the the entirety of the last expansion is real lazy design while this falls well in line with the mage theme of just doing damage more efficiently than other classes can and is one of the few examples of real class identity still in the game.
Turn 5 Raza the Chained into turn 6 hero power, Justicar, hero power sounds like a pretty potent combo. There's also the very amusing but incredibly unlikely combo where you cast embrace the shadow on turn 8 and use the rest of your mana to forbidden shaping into a caldarra drake for infinite damage.
Johnathan T Back in the day we had SuicideTrollock, which "won" by killing himself before the opponent could kill him. The best combo was Jaraxxus + Sacrificial Pact. And I kid you not, in hearthpwn someone made a SuicideWatch Paladin aimed at healing the Trollock before he could kill himself. This was around GvG I believe

I believe that the new swamp ooze is actually fairly strong. In many situations, other than fiery war axe on 2, the class that plays the weapon will attack with it upon it being played. On top of that, many of the common weapons have 2 durability (rogue hero power, fiery war axe, truesilver champion, arcanite reaper, or 1 durability on gorehowl) and will be destroyed upon the ooze entering the field. I love the extra considerations weapon classes will need to make before using that first hit because the very common ooze (common plus occurrence bonus) may punish them in arena.

"If your deck has no duplicates," "If your deck contains no duplicates," and "If your deck contains no more than 1 of any card" have all been used to describe the exact same effect. Maybe keyword it? Like Reno Jackson could read: "Highlander: Fully heal your hero."
Noxious has such a deeper insight in to the possible synergies of the new cards, both positive and negative. He actually explored the idea of playing these cards across many scenarios and Kripp just seems to review them like "if i play this on curve in arena will it increase my winrate"
I'd assume that the "Jade Golem" is something like a 0/3 minion with; *Deathrattle: Destroy one of your mana crystals.* (Maybe more than 3 health, but you get the idea.) So it helps with gaining mana crystals but can backfire, now if you can combo this in with some of the other new cards (like the one that gives you 1 mana crystal for each minion you have in play) and some other small tokens then you can quickly gain mana crystals. Think of it like this : Turn 1 - Coin into Wild Growth Turn 2 - Wild Growth Turn 3 - Jade Blossom Turn 4 - Livings Roots into Pilfered Power Now this is kinda a "best case scenario" but it is fun to imagine. With this play, at turn 5 you would have 10 mana with the chance of losing one from the "Jade Golem" (if I was right about that.) The only real downside if that you don't really fill your board with anything. Though imagine getting "Kun The Forgotten King" on turn 7 with something like "Mark of the Lotus".
Thoughtsteal, Shifting Shade, The guy who gives a random spell when hero power is used into unstable portal, Forbidden Shaping etc... there are several ways. Other Question: How do you get raza into your mage deck?
Raza the Chained makes it so if you build a high lander deck and you manage to sneak a Coldarra Drake in there you can heal your self and your board to maximum anytime you need it on turn 6+. Just imagine if Bizzard implemented some cards that make priest hero power give +2 health to characters instead of restoring health, it would ve awesomely op. I personally think this expansion will compete with wotog for the best expansion so far.
Yo Kripp, why do you never consider the fact that a lot of cards are going to rotate out of the Standard cycle? There will not be the typical Tempo Mage without Flamewaker anymore or even Reno is soon gonna be out.
So far what I've see from Kripp on his reviews is that all of the new cards won't see any constructed play except 10-15 cards. I don't think this is a fair analysis. I know that it's hard to predict what'll happen when the expansion hits, but come on ... A lot of these cards seem like they're pretty good, just by looking at most of the previewed cards I think this will be the best expansion, since GvG. It would be cool if Kripp starts thinking of some combos before he starts reviewing the card as a standalone card, since most of the time in constructed players look at the synergy and combo potential, not so much the "looks" of a card.
Kripp Logic, don't mention Kirin Tor Mage when talking about the Kabal Lackey, which is a cheaper version of it. Do mention it when talking about the Kabal Crystal Runner, but don't mention the Kabal Lackey, which IMO is much more likely to see play due to its flexibility.

krip you forgot to mention the grimscale chum is literally a upgrade over the curerent 2/1 for 1 murloc, so for paladins this is a right up upgrade

Raza the Chained makes it so if you build a high lander deck and you manage to sneak a Coldarra Drake in there you can heal your self and your board to maximum anytime you need it on turn 6+. Just imagine if Bizzard implemented some cards that make priest hero power give +2 health to characters instead of restoring health, it would ve awesomely op. I personally think this expansion will compete with wotog for the best expansion so far.
Yo Kripp, why do you never consider the fact that a lot of cards are going to rotate out of the Standard cycle? There will not be the typical Tempo Mage without Flamewaker anymore or even Reno is soon gonna be out.
That sounds like something to worry about next expansion ;p

So far what I've see from Kripp on his reviews is that all of the new cards won't see any constructed play except 10-15 cards. I don't think this is a fair analysis. I know that it's hard to predict what'll happen when the expansion hits, but come on ... A lot of these cards seem like they're pretty good, just by looking at most of the previewed cards I think this will be the best expansion, since GvG. It would be cool if Kripp starts thinking of some combos before he starts reviewing the card as a standalone card, since most of the time in constructed players look at the synergy and combo potential, not so much the "looks" of a card.

What is "Jade Golem" is just a 0/2 card that gives your opponent a 50% chance to gain an empty mana crystal at the start of their turn.
Jade Blossom is probably in and competing with current mana ramp cards because some are getting cycled out at start of the year iirc.

Kripp Logic, don't mention Kirin Tor Mage when talking about the Kabal Lackey, which is a cheaper version of it.
Do mention it when talking about the Kabal Crystal Runner, but don't mention the Kabal Lackey, which IMO is much more likely to see play due to its flexibility.

look, we have shamans coming to our playgrounds looking to pull of tremendous BMs. We need to get down to the problem! You look at the- look at Flamewreathed faceless. I mean, that card - it's not a priest card. okay? Now look at warriors. With, with you know. Brawls and executes and shieldslams all that removal insane! Warriors have the answers. But others are going to die! Right now they are so badly injured.
We have a real problem! There is a tremendous hatred out there. And what I want to find out is where are the combo decks? - you know you can't solve a broken meta until you find out what's the root cause- whats going on.
I've had so many people add me after beating them with my purify priest deck and tell me: Thank you.

Taurens with tommygun are ok, but britlebacks or whatever thy are called as bikers doesn't make sense... Last time Warcraft made sense Arthas kicked Illidans ass under Ice Crown Citadel...

Hey kripp have you ever counterpelled a counterspell? I was playing a match and had a counterspell on the board and my opponent played a counterspell
Also with raza if you get an unstable portal and get it and have the hero power dragon it's basically game over
you can heal to full, then they kill the dragon
its only really over if you also have auchenia in your deck and havnt played it yet, in which case yes
but please tell me how you get the portal in the first place?
