It's sounds like it's a recording issue because it gets louder every time he shoots
I think anything DLC gets removed and anything Vanilla stays. It's why the fibber and CC stayed but the 200 mag disappeared
Maybe for the stackable addition to the roguelands could be if you complete a round without going down gain an additional skill point.
