Wednesday's Word: John 11:1-16

We look at what happens leading up to Jesus resurrecting Lazarus. Why did Jesus wait two days? Why not go and heal Lazarus BEFORE he died? As we go through trying times and trials, we can choose either to walk in the light of Christ or stumble in spiritual darkness. Despite not seeing or knowing what God is doing, stay strong; He IS working! Just when we are about to give up or just after we give in to the temptations is exactly when God will bring us through. He is ready, willing, and able to work in us and in our situations, we simply need to fully surrender and die to our own wants and desires. As God is showing me I encourage all of you, to let go and let God. Sometimes, we have to die so He may breathe new life into us; so He can resurrect His calling and purpose in our lives.
