Never really liked Ryan cause of the way he holds himself and the way he talks, but hearing this post fight interview has me now liking him just a bit more. One thing is for sure he's dam fast with those hands and it would be awesome to see him face someone like Tank cause that would really let us see what he really has. But we will see what happens.

Great fight! Idk if it was just me but I felt he never really threw his right hand before and that definitely made a difference. Only issue I have is he fought a guy who went up two weight classes. Fortuna has no business fighting outside of 130 lbs. Now I know what people will say when canelo fought Amir Kahn it was the same situation and I agree canelo should have not fought Kahn at any weight.
They both are the kings of catchweight and fighting smaller fighters

Adding straight right hand to toolkit was a thing of beauty it was Mayweather like. He looked 100 times better and more accurate than last fight. He's talking with 100% confidence he knows he has asset to be unbeatable speed and combination he has that "IT" factor he can throw any punch I like he just wasn't head hunting he added body attack honestly he dominated fight like Roy Jones crushed opponents because both just had skill, speed, power and combination punching to overwhelm opponents

Ryan is looking Sharp not gonna lie bro. He was MUCH more patient this fight. Y'all can say whatever u want idgaf anymore I've seen enough to know at the very least he's got the tools to beat any of these guys. That doesn't mean he WILL but that he can. His jab looked crisper, his entire movement looked more fluid and natural, we all see the speed, or the left hook that hes NOW digging to the body too, timing and speed is power, hes fkn dangerous bro especially if he's going to fight smarter now too. Y'all can let ur dislike for him cloud REALITY but I wont. This was a statement no matter how u slice it.
I feel what you saying but how is this a statement against a guy who never had a fight at 140 and he bigger then… this hand was played for Ryan to win like he did… Jojo not a big guy at 135 and Jojo made Fortuna look like trash and Fortuna haven’t had a fight in a year since that lost.. and Ryan has fault 2 times this year already… Ryan still flat footed no head movements and still throw the same punches a few jabs then go right back to his hooks all day facts…his last 2 fights has been against to small guys that never fault at 140 put that into perspective

I feel what ur saying about Fortuna and 140 and that’s a valid point even tho he did actually have another fight in Feb after the JoJo fight. Still, Fortuna is durable and hard to put away bro. It was a good performance no matter how u slice it. This was only Ryan’s 2nd fight this year. He hasn’t had 2 this WAS his 2nd after not fighting for a year. I agree Ryan doesn’t utilize head movement and got caught against Campbell. He gets away with it tho bc he’s long, keeps great distance, and has GREAT reaction. I will say he kept his other hand GLUED to his chin this fight and didn’t keep dropping it like in the past. He’s learning from his past mistakes. You made some good points but I still take away a lot from watching this fight and they were all positives.
Totally agree with you. You can see his discipline showed throughout this fight. Keeping the distance with the jab and blazing speed is dangerous. He just needs to improve foot work and not keeping chin open at times. Otherwise I see him competing with top boxers at the moment, those who say otherwise are casuals 😂🤡
